The guy told me they wouldn’t install a battery on my vehicle when there’s a giant sign in the window that says they do. It’s just a normal 2013 SUV. And to top it off his little jump pack couldn’t boost my car. So I’m stuck in the parking lot with my 2 kids waiting for help. I’ll spend my money elsewhere and won’t be back. Thanks for nothing.

I recently spent several days working on a big project and was in and out of this particular store maybe 5 times over 4 days to pick up various tools and parts. All the staff were super friendly and very helpful with questions and advise. I had a couple returns as well which were handled easily with no issues and didn't even need the receipts as they were able to find my purchases in the computer. I also needed to rent out several of their loaner specialty tool kits. One of the staff members, Corey, especially went out of his way to make sure everything was in the kits and that I left with a complete working knowledge of everything involved. All the help made the project go that much smoother and was a great experience!

I want to thank the employees. This week everything that could go wrong did. I had a dead battery. I went to Advance Auto parts and bought a battery jumper which worked perfectly for my needs. To top it off I was so frazzled that evening I swiped my debit card and walked out leaving my driver's license and credit card behind in my card holder. I frantically searched all night and finally said to myself that the only place I could have left it was at the store. Thinking I was wrong, I called and they surely had it saved and it was safely returned. I'm so grateful. These guys are amazing! They are not only knowledgeable but they are honest. Thank you!

Worst service ever I always go buy parts from here only being that it’s next door to my house . Just left there came with a trailer parking lot was empty so I parked with trailer tilted to side of my jeep only took up two parking spots some fat guy came out and yelled to move to the side of the road away from their business when I told him was was buying something real quick and the whole parking was empty he got mad so I left to auto zone never will I go there again . Guy was lucky I didn’t slap the attitude out of him one thing to say something but another to yell at a customer!

This store always seems to be empty no matter the time of day that I have visited. Each time I leave with a little grin knowing that I just received poor advice on my current vehicle project. Tonight, Lindsey sealed the deal for me deciding to never visit this location again. I walked in and went straight to the counter where she was just finishing up being rude on the phone to another victim. I just had surgery on my hand so as I had my 8 Bosch double iridium spark plugs in my jacket pocket, it took a while to get them out for my return. As I mention my apologies about it taking so long due to my ailment, she stood quite as she had yet to speak a word towards me thus far. As I finally place my $75 purchase on the counter, I explain that the 9602 model fits my wife's vehicle and I needed to exchange them for the 9606 model to fit my truck. Her late greeting was simple and straight forward, "I need your reciept." I explain the above about not keeping the receipt as they were purchased for my wife's car and I was not able to foresee there being a reason for me to return them, but we could look in it up under my advanced customer number. The second thing she said was "I need the receipt to be able to do that," opposed to looking up my purchases. I then just smugly asked if that meant I am just stuck with 8 oddly shaped paperweights now since there's no reciept and she won't look up my customer number. With a straight face she then said her third and final words to me, "I can't exchange these without the receipt." I quickly decided I would take 20 minutes each way to drive to the hub tomorrow to find someone that comprehends that these are kept in the back, so it's not possible that these are a stolen item. Also, hopefully find someone that can take the time to type out an entire seven digit number to help a customer find their recent purchases and do the exchange that way. Oh ya, and one that has manners and understanding they are in a customer service position. If this location wasn't corporate then it would of closed years ago as it's ghost town feel is losing them money and an actual auto part store that hires competent and customer service adept workers is needed for repeat business in this competitive market. Fair well Unser location. As for the pink haired female that goes by Lindsey, it's time to forgive your father and I wish you the best of luck on your recovery if that time does make it's way to you. Management please be nice to her, she could use a break. Cheers and God Bless.

A young woman at Advance Auto helped me test my battery, and it turned out to be completely dead. We had previously gone to O'Reilly's, but the guy there didn’t seem to know how to test the old one properly. Big thanks to her for the great service and professionalism—really appreciated it! Picked up a new battery and everything’s working perfectly now.

I have never been more embarrassed over a specific oil in my entire life I walk in and am greeted with a very minimal hello, zero assistance offered until I had to ask for a filter then was I discriminated against for a specific oil I just grabbed randomly off the shelf being a single father with a single income didn’t think to much of it but was then told wow are you really going to put that oil in your car??? Instantly shaming a customer during need of help. Instead of leaving I felt obligated to pick a different oil since I was hardly being offered help I did what I had to in order to just get help with a filter. After leaving I was more ashamed than ever I will not ever go back to this location for any needs.

Wouldn't return an item I didn't use because they "automatically assume it was used" go to Auto Zone or Oreillys. Won't ve coming back.
