All the stars! I had to bring my car in for some work. The situation was already stressful and messy. But from the second I walked in I was welcomed by Karesse and walked through every step, every question answered, and every concern addressed timely. I received personal follow up calls letting me know the status and next steps in the process. I've gone to other locations and it's night and day. The work that was completed was fantastic! Highly recommend this location!

I will NEVER use or recommend this location. Insurance company recommended this location. First off, when the insurance company selects this as your repair provider.They hound you to no end to make an appointment. Molly was nice during scheduling and let me know, I could just drop the vehicle off for an estimate as it would be about an hour. I had a 9 o'clock appointment. When I got there, it seemed that none of the 3 people wanted me there or was annoyed that they had a customer. Kerosene Reyna seemed nice and professional at first. She talks so incredibly fast and doesn't let you ask questions or gives you space to understand what she's saying. She didn't ask leading questions or if we wanted to stay. She just took my car after I pointed out.The damage and the sensor issues. She drill the vehicle to their back area. I was with my son, so we took his car to go run errands. Karesse walks up to my driver's door as we're leaving, questioning why I'm leaving and was very passive-aggressive, saying "nobody told her." I told her she didn't give us time to tell her anything. But we told the two gentlemen in the office will be back when she's done and that they would call us when the estimate was finished. I agreed. Once we got back, Karesse reviewed the paperwork extremely quickly on the repairs. I was trying to ask questions and dates of service. My son was also asking the need for the repairs. Since they were extremely minor and why they couldn't commit to how long they would have my vehicle. It was a sensor and minor bumper damage. I was trying to explain to my son what the process was and she kept talking over me explaining to him. I asked her to please slow down and stop for a second while, I have a conversation with my son. We couldn't get a straight answer from them. my son mentioned to me, personally, that this seemed a little sketchy. He didn't say it to her but directed it and was looking at me. Karesse all of a sudden got extremely offensive and basically started walking away from me, refusing to help me or answering anymore questions. My son called her on it and asked why she's not helping us in discussing the situation. And she said that she was offended that my son called her business sketchy. She was extremely passive, aggressive and just walked away from us. We left! If this is how they act on the front end getting an estimate, I do not want my vehicle in this place for repairs at all.

Car was repaired quicker than the first estimate. Bodywork and paint were flawless. Communication with shop was daily with good updates. Karesse was my estimator and shop contact. She knows her stuff!

I was very impressed w my service until the next day when I was driving my car and realized blind spot monitors weren’t working. I called the shop and was told it was due to rodents chewing the wires. Funny thing is there was no issue with this before dropping my car off. I was told that it would be $3000 out of pocket to fix.
