SOS TOWING

Don't use them! I called them to get to my car off the side of the road. I spun off the road was stuck like 2 feet from the road pavement. They quoted me close to $500. They said they will dispatch a driver in 49 mins. So I got lucky a person helped me get my car out. Then I canceled the tow services but the still charged me the full amount! I disputed charge with the credit card ! Don't usd them they want free $$$

Called to request towing, I spoke with female associate and was assured our car would be picked up the next business day. We never received service. We called and left messages due to no answer. Never did receive service or returned call. Horrible customer service!

The owner(I forgot his name) seemed like a very nice and honorable man. Helped me out when I was trying to make a few dollars for gas (not begging). He gave me 5 than asked where I was headed and than filled up my tank and refuse when I tried to give his 5 back

Was the only person who would tow at the time and I was desperate, did not show up on time. I was told that they would be only 30-45 minutes and the fee was going to be 108 and some change. An hour later they aren’t here, and I get a call saying he’s between 15 and 20 away. The receptionist was polite and respectful enough but honestly, it’s not worth the money if they aren’t going to be on time. I asked for a discount because it was double the original wait time and all she did was take off the tax.
