Valvoline Instant Oil Change

John and Johnny and his staff are very good at what they do. In fact, it is better than in the other valvoline locations nearby. It's worth the trip for honesty and professionalism.

This crew really is knowledgeable and willing to help. I had an oil leak that they were able to quickly fix for me. Great overall service and they move quickly as well. Kudos to Dillon for the great customer service and willingness to get the job done right.

Really great location! Even for a Saturday, the service was smooth and painless. The person helping me at my service bay was incredibly professional, helped me understand what services I would be getting + how much they would cost, and made the whole experience pleasant. I was also in and out of there in about 15 minutes. Also, look online to see if you can find a coupon - you most likely can!

The guys at this location are fast and very professional. They make you feel welcome and every single one of them make sure you are noticed. I continue to get better service every time I go. They are extremely helpful and do not to try to sell you on other services. I will continue to go here and spread the word to friends and family.

The gentlemen helping me set a new high bar for professionalism and courtesy; I'm taking my boys with me next time so they can witness, and learn from, the courtesy extended every time at your store. Valvoline has become my first stop and favorite place to go for all my car needs, and the guys there do the best they can to help, even if it's out of their scope to accomplish. This time around they topped up my fluids and tires though I was there for emissions - just all around reliable. In this time of not knowing who I can trust and where to take my car, Valvoline has become almost like our personal mechanics. Thank you.

Id just got my oil changed 3 days ago. My oil started leaking and Victor, the manager, came ALL THE WAY OUT to Prewitt to fix the leaking gasket and filter! I am super thankful for his help and his initiative in wanting to fix the problem. I recommend the heck outta their store!

This particular location came highly recommended and now I know why. Adam and Caleb have the best energy which made the wait very pleasant. Absolutely everything was explained in great detail but with zero pressure to add, upgrade, buy anything extra. That in itself was amazing!! This will now be the ONLY place I go from now on!!

Great place. I liked that I didn't not have to get out of my car. The guys were nice. They checked my filters, and did a quick maintenence check. I like that there are coupons online, its a little easier on the wallet with inflation and all.

10/10 experience Asher got me in and out in a very timely and professional manner, followed all procedures and made sure to show me my dipstick fully topped off for some peace of mind. Whatever they pay him it definitely isnt enough!
