The service is great! The staff is really friendly, always keeps me well informed. The service times are very reasonable. The lobby is nice for me to work and wait while I get my oil changes done. I also always love that Ian (the salesperson who sold us our vehicle) comes and says hi when he sees me. It’s a great place and very personable.

Peter is one of the best advisors I've ever worked with. He is always attentive and works hard to ensure I receive the best service possible. The service tech who worked on my Tahoe spotted a bad water pump. Since we often drive in the desert, I am grateful for his dedication towards his customers.

Came into Paradise for an oil change on my truck. Had a great experience, fast turn around, good waiting area. My service provider was Michael Messer who was a great communicator. Can’t recommend him or this location enough.

I worked with Service consultant Peter McGinnity to get the fuel level sensor replaced on my 2011 Corvette Grand Sport. Peter made sure that he had all of the parts needed on hand before starting the repair. Everything was going well, then a snag with a new part caused more time needed for repairs. Throughout the repair process, Peter kept in communication with me, the CNA Warranty company, and made the whole experience seamless and working to a plan. When a shift cable problem came up at the end of the fuel system repair, Peter did more of his coordination magic and had the repairs approved, parts procured, and work completed in short order. Overall, the entire Paradise Parts and Services Team stepped up and made this a highly satisfactory experience. Thanks to everyone involved!

Depending on your needs, the appointments are smooth and accurate. I’ve been satisfied with my tech, Peter, who’s been nothing but professional and knowledgeable about the car services that I need. Excellent customer service Peter. Also, Anisa in the service department, hopefully I spelled her name right. she is pleasant and professional with her calls. Brian is very knowledgeable about the battery issue of my 2024 Chevy Malibu. Using an on board diagnostic scanner he completed a test and showed me computer readings that gave me a peace of mind of what might have happened that cause the battery to fail. He recommended and gave me options in resolving the issue, all these done while my vehicle was still on the service bay area. He was also very pleasant and polite to talk with. In the busy world of service advisors it is understandable that sometimes they could be very serious to talk too and seems to rushing but Brian took the time and explained everything in details. Job perfectly done and thank you for providing me with truly exceptional customer service. Shout out also to the man at the receiving area and the young lady at scheduling. I was not able get their names but since I was dealing with the issue since Monday they assisted me in getting the appointment with Brian in a timely manner. This is teamwork at its best, all done in a pleasant manner. Thank you.
