I referred my cousin to these people and they disrespected her car by smoking in it. It was ash in her back seat and also reeked of smoke. We called to see if it was anything they can do about the smell which also caused her nephew to have an asthma attack. The owner cussed her out on the phone. I tried to talk to him but he just kept talking over me. He’s an older man so he’s a bit stuck in his ways, a simple apology would’ve even been okay.

I took my car here yesterday to get my wheelbearing fixed. While, they fixed my wheelbearing perfectly, when I got my car back there were cigarette ashes in my passanger seat and the windows were rolled down both obvious signs that someone was smoking in it. Due to this, I called and informed them that a mechanic was smoking in my car, because this lead to my nephew having an asthma attack triggered by the remaining toxins. Instead of apologizing or giving me ways to remove smoke, the lead mechanic? uneccesarily began insulting me and beligerantly saying my car was dirty and "go somwhere where they care". My family and I go to this mechanic shop religiously for all of our issues, so the behavior he exhibited was very jarring for me and honestly fairly hurtful when all I wanted was an apology and assistance in removing the smell so that my nephew can safely drive in my car again.

As a favor to my friend, I went to pay them 250 for repairs for his car, because he was at work and they will be closed by the time he got off so he gave me 250 and I took it to the place and the funky broad behind the desk told me that she can’t give me a receipt that Carmen already told him he can’t give a receipt. I told her I wasn’t comfortable with that because, I’m handing you the money I wanted it to be known that you got the money.I told her to call him and tell him that, While she was on the phone with him Carmen I guess the owner came into the office and she had him on the phone and she said “did Carmen tell you that we can’t give you a receipt” and Carmen in the background said no I didn’t tell him.I guess she thought I didn’t hear that part so she didn’t wanna give me a receipt. I said he just said he didn’t tell him that so Carmen told her give her a receipt and when I got into the car, I looked at the receipt and it said $270. I don’t know what’s going on with these people, but I wouldn’t trust them. I wouldn’t recommend them for one thing, they don’t take debit cards or credit cards they just take cash and they don’t want to give a receipt no!!!no!!! no!!! if you’re wise you’ll stay away from these people, because the funky broad in the office is not to be trusted

Had a great experience with them. Wasn't what was the issue Butttt the gave me a way better price than Gm and extended my car life so I appreciate it. Because I along with Gmc thought that was the issue so it's what the computer was instructing us all was wrong. Great Family ran business

I made an appointment last week to have my car looked at this week. When I brought up my car issue over the phone, I was told “there’s no such thing as this” —this was said to me last week but the guy handed me over to make an appointment with the pleasant receptionist to have my car looked this week. I’ll share that it is interesting that it’s no such thing as the part I mentioned but I had the work done at a Chevy dealership years ago and have spoken to 2 Chevy different dealerships who are aware of this part and the work I had done years ago for a recall. I’m not sure if this person is the owner, I assume so though. His attitude is quite nasty and matter-of-fact when speaking to a customer that is looking to do business with him. Today, I thought I was calling another repair shop on Broadway and I quickly found out it wasn’t a different shop, but the same place. I guess that was a big mistake on my part. The owner tells me out the gate, “you called last week and I’ve been working on GM cars/cars for 30 + years and there isn’t anything called a torque sensor related to power steering” (there is actually). I’ve looked up the part online/spoken to dealership/various mechanics and there are multiple YouTube videos about this repair for my Chevy model. That’s neither here nor there though --- it’s more about the owners extremely rude approach and lack of people skills. A person who wants to do business with you and you tell them “Well you should go them then” - as in go to the dealership. He said it to me multiple times and talked all over me in the short conversation. I had other questions him but he wouldn’t stop talking. I don’t know where he got off speaking to me the way he did, but everyone won’t be as polite as I was to hang up the phone because he deserved a few choice words. If you cared to have an understanding and truly help a customer you would be receptive, kind, and have a much less abrasive approach. He should never answer the phone again. Additionally, there is no need to respond to this post because the way I was treated wasn’t acceptable or deserved at all. Take care.
