Northfield Auto & Muffler

I had a great experience at Northfield Auto. I thought my truck would be there at least 2 or 3 days. They diagnosed, ordered parts, made repairs and my truck was ready in 6 hours. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. Everything works perfectly. This is not the closest facility to me but I will make the extra drive to have any future work done there. I will 100% recommend them to anyone. Great Job!!!!!

Sammy and his team were awesome! I really appreciate the openness and transparent communication on repairs I needed for my car. I went in to get a second quote and they were able to save me a significant amount of $$$.

My car broke down (alternator) on 217S while on a road trip from NY. After a lot of problems with AAA, and some issues tracking down exactly where i was pulled over (217 has a lot of lanes haha) i got towed directly here by the tow company. EXTREMELY friendly folks here. Was immediately offered pizza and water, which my 7 year old son and i happily indulged in (especially after an hour and a half in a dead vehicle with no AC and no ability to roll down the windows). They had the part i needed delivered faster than i thought possible, by which time my old alternator was already removed. I was very surprised by the level of care given to us, and the amount of urgency exercised in getting us back on the road. All in all, it was an experience we wont forget. I think everyone should know just how generous and welcoming these guys were, right down to the lads we chatted with in the waiting area. Top notch service, top notch dudes. 12/10, do recommend if youre in the area! They made a crappy situation really great! We humbly thank you and appreciate everything you did!

They are the best my brakes was going out they got me a tow truck. Informed me that everything was going to be OK and they fixed it that day. Very Polite and took my worries away.i am Very Grateful

Horrible experience, my car wouldn’t start. They did half a diagnosis and my car was shaking when I picked it up. They barely did anything. Horrible place.
