I have been taking my vehicles to Bedford Auto Care for well over a decade. I have always had great experiences at this location! The employees make sure to explain the issues in terms I can understand. They are quick to get my vehicle fixed and back to me! I have recommended them to anyone I know that needs service, including family and friends. Great service, wonderful staff, I would highly recommend taking your vehicle there if you want a fair, honest, and skilled work done for you!

Not a good place. They tried to rip me off. Below is a comment claiming that the costs are more expensive based on the vehicle age. Don't believe these scammers. I went there for a 9 point evaluation giving them the issues I was aware about. They gave me a write-up saying exactly what I told them over the phone, making me pay for the information gave to them. They're shady and know what they did. My vehicle has low miles and it is now running faster than when they could get it running. Listen to Realnurse826 who has NO reason to lie about them ripping off women. Nurses make money easily. They did me the same way and tried to make it seem like the issue was worse than it is.

Came here with my 09 F-150 to have the leaking rack and pinion replaced. They took the time to show me exactly what went wrong and were transparent at every step. I was happy to support them with my buisness and will do so again.

The owner tried to attack me in my vehicle because I wanted to test drive my car after having shocks replaced. He jumped in my car and tried to force me to give him my key. Repeatedly saying give me the key. I started feeling afraid. I asked him if he was going to hit me. Then I suggested that he should call the police. He went inside as I sat outside, waiting on the police with my key still in my hand. If I was trying to get away, I had plenty of opportunity at that time. When he called the police he told the police that I was refusing to pay for my repairs. Instead of the truth that I simply wanted to test drive my vehicle after having shock repair work. When the police arrived, I explained the truth of the matter, and you could see by the expression on their faces that he police actually was agreeing with me, but he asked h me to pay first. I took down both officers' names and badge numbers, so if there were any issues with my vehicle. I would be able to refer back to them for references to this situation. I asked the officers to please come in the shop with me to make sure that the transaction happened without any problems because he was aggressive with me. My repair was over 800.00. I just wanted to test drive to see if it drove like it was supposed to. Being a female, car repair shops try to take advantage of us because they think that we dont know better. I, on the other hand, are very experienced with cars and repairs needed. He actually let me use a loaner while he repaired my vehicle but did not trust me to test drive my own car. I left all of my business information. I also owned businesses. Therefore, they had information on my business as well for tax purposes. I also offered him to ride with me and/or leave him my driver's license. I could test drive a brand new car off the lot at this point with the collateral that I was offering. I have never felt so discriminated against. I dont usually refer to to racist situations. But I honestly feel that it may have even been a situation of racism. As far as the service that was done on my vehicle, I'm not sure yet because I was so upset that I came straight home. Even if the work was good, he lost a good customer. I stay faithful to people who continue to supply good service and respect. This was my first and last time to franchise, such as establishment.
