I reached out to Bedford auto Repair to have the alternator replaced on my 2013 Toyota it was over 300k miles. Moe and his team yet again came through, they did a great job in replacing the alternator even better was the price to have the work done. They will work with you on payment options if needed. The best part was Moe was upfront on the cost no hidden extras, and he looks for the best pricing on parts, that will not rip your mouth out or cost an arm or leg. Quality parts with quality service technicians that are fast. Time and money well spent for service that is on point. I will be back if need again, and will recommend to my family and friends .

I was extremely pleased with the service and customer experience that I received at Bedford Auto Repair. They were reasonably priced (best out of 4 estimates), repair time was quick and accommodated my circumstances. They really took the time to explain everything to me which is very much appreciated! I recommend them to anyone looking for great, knowledgeable auto service and customer experience.

Waited for almost an hour for a tire patch, when the person there told me a half an hour. Absolutely no regard for their customers time at all. Saw a guy pull his own car in while I'm still waiting. Interestingly the last time I came here the entire process took 10 minutes and I didn't have to pull the car in , he just took the tire off and fixed it. Will not recommend Edit: over an hour

I absolutely appreciated my services @Bedford Auto Repair.While there I received an education regarding different levels of services. I also received a personalized experience from the Manager. My visit also was very timely. I had previously not received such a welcoming from another service garage. This will definitely be my go to from this point forward. I was given a long list of repairs at the dealership, and I wasn’t for it. I knew I needed some immediate attention, but wanted a second opinion. Bedford Auto Repair caught my attention with its recent (and good) reviews. So, I decided to take a chance and go in. I’m very glad I did. The representative, Mo, was very kind and took his time explaining to me what my options were, along with his recommendations, and first steps with all honesty. He broke everything down and that’s what made me decide to go for it. My car got front pads and rotors (same day) and it took me just a little under two hours wait time. I am very appreciative as my car feels GOOD. I now know where to go for an honest repair. Thank you!

I went here the other day with no appointment and they were able to check my car out that day. They were so informative and helpful and did the best to work with me within my budget. I got my car the next day and they did such a great job my car runs so smooth and my engine light is off! They saved me so much money as well!

This is the second time they’ve fixed my car and they did a great job again! They are really fast and they didn’t over charge me! The staff is always super nice. They give u updates as they are fixing the car and they educate u afterwards on how to avoid certain issues or how to check things yourself so you don’t have to pay someone (like them) to do it and save money! They use Snap which is really convenient if u cant pay the entire bill bc it lets you make payments while sending the full payment to the mechanic shop (like klarna for mechanics). They even offered to fix my window which other mechanics have turned me down for (stating I need to go to a body shop first). They really do everything quickly, efficiently, and with a smile! Super knowledgeable team! Great experience!
