I had submitted an application online and they let me know I was approved. I was working with Lisa, she is incredible. I wasn't quite sure if I wanted to commit yet so I was just looking around at vehicles. Lisa tried being super helpful as well as two other employees here. However when I decided that I'd like to wait at least a week before purchasing her manager Al began criticizing me, telling me I just came in and wasted everyone's time, he was yelling at me, I was treated very poorly, with everything I've been through with my four month old being hospitalized I didn't nor does anyone else deserve to be humiliated like that.

Got good vehicle. Just had to return for many repairs that were discussed pre-purchase some repairs never got honored. They also don't honor warranty work says system switched.... Paid 1400 twice to fix problem once with them another time with better service team... Sales man was great but he quit. Accountant is SLICK he adds about 1000 in fees on cars and prays you don't catch them

Took my car in because there is a strong smell of gas.. they say it's my rear fuel lines and they replace them. I get my car back and the gas smell is worse so I take it back in because they didn't fix the problem. Now all of a sudden it's my fuel pump ??? and when I decide I'm not gonna have them fix it because I don't trust them, they charge me $88 for diagnostics even though I wouldn't have had to bring it in again a week later had they properly diagnosed the problem in the first place. Not happy and never going there again.

I have been wrenching on vehicles all my life, I had my vehicle towed here for diagnostics and then I would fix it myself. They charged me $92 to diagnose a problem, I replaced exactly what they said And it fixed nothing! When I called back and spoke to Jay, he said they would not refund my diagnostic fee because they could not stand behind the work that I did to the vehicle even though it was running the exact same way after the fix they diagnosed. One always finds out what her company is made of when there is an issue, there is very little if any integrity in this company
