Waited an hour and a half when I got in the truck. The maintenance light had not been reset asked one of the guys walking around the garage to do it for me. Oil was not changed. Doesn’t appear tire rotated. They say they did it. The radiator fluid is currently low Crawled under the vehicle appears to have a leak between the transmission and engine seal. Update: Took the truck to another Toyota dealer explained what didn’t happen two days ago at Bedford Toyota. They completed the 5 k maintenance rotated tires checked everything topped off all the fluids and washed truck. verified. Nothing was done to the vehicle previously. Very happy with Amherst Toyota. By the way truck is a 2024 tundra recently purchased at Bedford

I was really happy with the service done on my Sienna. Michael Zorik was my service advisor. He informed me on what would be done and how long it would take. He even put a carpet plug back in on the floor that had come out, which I hadn't been able to do. Thank you! They sent an inspection video, which was very informative, and got my car back to me quickly, as I waited there. I highly recommend Toyota of Bedford and Michael for an advisor, and I will continue to take my van there.

I came in without an appointment. I was greeted right away and taken care of right away. They finished on time with a complimentary video sent to my phone via email. How exciting to see. They finished off everything with a car wash. Thank you, Toyota of Bedford for a pleasant and easy oil change and tires alignment. Will be back in 5000 miles.

Ok so my original appointment was April 10, and when I showed up my tires were not there (I had made the appointment March 27 over the phone ).When asking to speak to a manager was given to run around and never even received a call back from the manager Frank from the parts department. Then I called to move my appointment forward and they gave me another name of Micah who wasn't there the day I showed up. Once I got there April 17 ,I did get to talk to one manager who did rectify the situation but I am upset that it took a week just to speak to someone. Now I'm pretty sure the person who checked me out was Mike.he was phenomenal he kept me in my price range doubt checked prices to make sure I wasn’t over charged he was overall great service worker I would give him 5 stars. They do a great job on my car every time I go just a little disappointed on how unorganized it was when it came to ordering parts or even speaking to a manager.

I stopped in for a free car wash but I had gotten a message on my dash that maintenance was due soon and they offered to go ahead and take care of that, too, since I was already there. It was done quickly and I received a video of the inspection they did on the car while I was waiting and a text to let me know it was done. I LOVE the efficiency. Also, the gentleman who checked me in was very nice and it really made my day.
