Mercedes Benz of Bedford Ohio was an excellent experience for me particularly since it was an emergency. I had a flat tire on the highway and their location was the closest dealership for service. When I arrived they were friendly, welcoming, and took care of me immediately even though I know this was a major interruption to their schedule. I was 30 miles from home and they offered me a loaner car if I needed one. I declined since I opted to stay and wait which was a shorter wait than I thought it would be. They had a lovely lounge and even a work desk area I could use for my work which I took advantage of. There were snacks, drinks, and TV available. I was most impressed by the frequent updates they gave me about the progress and timeline of my repairs. Everyone was lovely and made me feel like a welcome guest! Highly recommend them. Thank you for making my day better!

Aaron is always the best service advisor to work with. He’s always helpful and very pleasant. Chris in car loaning was great, and I’m always very pleased at the car wash and cleaning up of my vehicle. They even cleaned my very winter dirty salt crusted mats.

Probably the worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I was recommended to use them, and so I drove 2 hours to drop off my vehicle and they gave me a loaner which was very nice, but it blew out a tire on the way home and they have the audacity to charge me for the blowout because of there shitty tires. Forget these people.

The staff is always friendly and the waiting area is spacious and clean. This last visit I was there 3 hours. No one told me that for my 2nd yearly maintenance apt. that it would take 3 hours. There were no loaner cars available. On short notice and bad weather my family was busy. I just had to wait it out. Not happy. This could have been prevented if the scheduling person had just warned me about the wait time.
