The oil change & tire rotation went fine. I declined the car wash but someone took it on themselves to rub down a dirty car with a damp rag that must have had oil or something of the like on it because now my windows fog horribly, there's streaks all over my car, and there's several issues in my paint that I didn't see when I dropped it off. Unfortunately I've gotten used to the other dealer so I didn't take pics before dropping the car off like I normally would have. I'll definitely schedule early or do it myself next time.

I will certainly not return. I sat there and watched as they pushed an air filter for $60 on nearly everyone. They want to change my brake fluid, I informed them my brakes were fine and already changed. I had already changed my filters too. They did a multi point inspection but did not provide the results. They did not do a car wash because I had a kayak rack. The showroom smelled. A customer service rep came around and asked everyone about their experience while there and when he got to me I explained my issues and he said he would get back to me. He did not! Very, very disappointed after being recommended. My son bought 2 Subies here. I have had 4 Subaru in my lifetime.
