Mainline Truck, Trailer & RV Repair

Nick was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, hardworking and honest. We drove six hours to get here and have them put on Sumo Springs, put new tires on and alignment. They are tracking down an electrical issue with our 12 volt plugs and checked our Safe-T steer system. It was expensive but so worth it due to the difference in how it drives. Will drive it again when it’s follow up time. This place is the best!!!!!

Can’t recommend these guys enough. Jeff was super easy to work with, very quick to respond even after a mistake was found later. They went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Honest and trustworthy for sure. I would definitely use them again.

Had a hub failure on my fifth wheel travel trailer on I-480 just a few miles away. I called and was able to make it there they could take a look just before closing. The owner Nick, my service advisor Mike, and service tech Preston were very knowledgeable about RVs and travel trailers as well as semis. And gave me a fair estimate for both just repairs and also some suspension improvements to help prevent future problems. I decided to make some upgrades, and they were so helpful with letting me camp on site while parts arrived and the work was done. Including electricity to help with the heat wave. If you run into RV troubles around Cleveland give this shop a call! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I back on the road better than before I had any problems.

If you own a Ford diesel pickup look no further when in need of repair. Great staff, but more importantly, great repair techs. Tech's that know their craft. I'm running a first generation 6.7 and just turned 200k. Looking to go another 200k thanks to Mainline

Jeff, Nick and their team took us in on Friday before Labor Day weekend after our brake lines ruptured in our RV. Our diesel was also in linp mode due to a restricted fuel filter. They provide a courtesy Vehicle and driver to get you to your hotel and back to pickup your vehicle. Thank you Mainline for your professional, respectful and timely service. We couldn’t be more pleased with the Service provided by Mainline on our Luxury Coach. Jeff kept us posted every step of the way with progress updates.
