Went to the Lebanon, OH store to get wiper blades. They offered to put them on for me, which ended up being a blessing, as the passenger side wiper blade did not want to come off. They got the wiper blade off after a struggle and installed them for me. Fantastic customer service!

We worked with Ashley Gonzales who has the patience of a SAINT. I killed my OEM battery by leaving on a light in extremely cold weather, and she waited at minimum 2 hours for my brother to bring a battery that was regretfully too small. She was able to get me back up and running with a smile. Great customer service not to mention she had a small part that saved all of my info while I waited. She is truly amazing and we wanted to tip her but she isn't allowed. I just had to kvell about her a bit and I will happily drive there for any of my parts!

Recently I had a headlight out while traveling to Ohio from out of state. I was driving home on a Sunday. I purchased the expensive headlight from an auto store that had it in stock. The place said they didn't know how to put the headlight in for me. A snow storm was brewing and it was getting dark (had to drive evening). Long story short, I went to several auto parts stores, jiffy lube as well. Either the place was closed or I was told no. I was driving out of Lebanon when I had an urge to go try one more place - O'Riley Auto Parts. I walked in , asked and two young men, one only 16 , said ye, they will try to put the headlight in because they are I need help. I'm amazed at the perseverance and talent of Erich, who not only figured out how , but stick with it when it got hard. ERICH NEEDS A RAISE.HE NOT ONLY HELPED ME, BUT I SAW HIS KINDNESS And CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. DEFINITELY AN ASSET THE OTHER YOUNG MAN, CJ, OFFERED ASSISTANCE AS ERICH ASKED. HE WAS A MATURE 16 YEAR OLD AND RESPONSIBLE TO WATCH THE PHONE AND WAIT ON CUSTOMERS. THEY BOTH ARE INVALUABLE. GIVE THEM A RAISE
