He took his time to explain everything to me with clarity. The waiting area was nice, clean and neatly arranged. Upon checkout, the clerk was just a nice and professional as the other staff. I am very pleased with the service I received.

I was charge over $1300 and the check engine light is still on. Call several times before I got a response called and text. I finally got in touch with Derek and made an appointment to return the conference services. I don’t think I should be paying for any more services considering warranty on the car. He stated that my warranty on the car is only for the motor and transmission and that the other warranty on the car expired three years after the original purchase date I just purchased a car less than a year ago and the warranty was already expired, so why did they offer it to me? I returned the car for the same issues now he want and additional $2000. I’ve only had this car 6 or 7 months. I was told by the car salesman I had lifetime Warranty on the engine. Warranty on the car bumper to bumper. I need assistance six months later and they tell me the warranty expired from the original date that the car was purchased by the prior owner. No one told me this before purchasing this car.

The service department was just as phenomenal as they’ve always been. I got my truck there at 7:15 that morning, and had it figured out and fixed by 10:30 the same morning. Excellent service crew, from the the service, to the advisors, to the technicians. Top notch. Keep up the good work gentlemen.

The repair to my car was done in a timely manner, and seems to resolve the issue. I was disappointed that my personal settings ( such as seat and mirror adjustments) were lost, but that may well have been unavoidable. I was also dismayed by my car being returned unwashed. In previous services, they ran the car through their car wash. Perhaps they thought I was in a hurry to leave, but they didn’t ask. Small complaint, I know. Overall, I’m satisfied with their service. But small things matter.
