Came in and was looking for some headlights and Sammy was so helpful and kind. I was able to get my lights and back on the road . Definitely recommend this place ! Don’t hesitate the location is close to the freeway and there is always enough parking ! Store is organized and well maintained!

Jaycee and Tyler are exceptional. Sadly, my 3 year old O'Reilly battery conked out. Fortunately Jaycee was able to test the battery and confirm I needed a new one. She installed the new one, with a bit of help from Tyler. I'm grateful and they were GREAT!

Came in to get information on my check engine light and I was floored at how helpful Laura was!!! She definitely deserves a raise! She went far and beyond to help me understand what the issue is and even give me a printout of what actually the issue was. During my visit, Jerry was also spectacular! Even though he wasn’t helping me directly, he was VERY patient to help a Chinese man with parts he needed. I was so surprised at his willingness to help him because the man didn’t speak English. They were communicating through a translating app! So awesome 👏 Both these people definitely need a RAISE! 😊

I went in for a check engine light they told me the code and the possible fixes and didn’t charge me. It ended up being a super easy fix. The employee was super helpful too

After going to another auto supply store who said it would take 4-5 hours to charge my car battery & they didn’t have time nor could they change the battery in the key fob I went to ORiley’s where I met Dave. Dave changed the battery in the key fob without blinking an eye then he took the battery out of the car & said it would take about an hour to charge it. Dave made the whole thing pleasant. Thank you Dave for great customer service!!
