Extremely friendly and helpful. Had someone answer all of my questions on the phone for like 30 minutes…ordered my tires online, they came a day early and were able to get me in right away. Only place I’ll be using for the rest of my life!

Discount Tire Rocks! I started using them a few years ago over Costco and Evans Tire because of the price match. Then after experiencing their service, there is no going back! The training must be amazing! If you haven’t experienced, you have to give them a try! Best tire shop ever!

Advised by polite associates on the front end, but the installation was frustrating… They waited until I came to pick up my finished vehicle to tell me that my tire gauge sensors were not programmable and that I would need to wait ANOTHER hour and a half for them to pull the wheels again and install others. What a waste of both their time and mine that would be when they could have just COMMUNICATED and USED THE PHONE when they came across the problem... It’s not that hard, and should be part of basic customer service. After 30 years of using this location I am disappointed.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOUR SINGLE. I have been coming here for couple years now. I am a single lady. I keep getting new tires all the time and today I decided to go inside and talk to someone why my tires keep getting wore off so fast. He told me nicely It is because my alignment is not right. I just got new tires 2 weeks ago...should he have told me that by then? Or are these people making sure my tires keep getting bad fast so every couple of months I have to go there and buy new tires. Not long ago someone from this shop texted me saying that he wanted to hang out he said he got my number from the system...excuse me? Now every thing is starting to make sense. I think I should look for some legal advise. For sure taking advantage of a single woman. Location is Encinitas and not San Francisco.

Overall bad experience. Appointment time never seems to have any bearing on actual service work. Check-in at 3:30 appointment and car doesn't get started on until 4:20. Specifically asked when checking in how long it would take and get the same canned answer..."should be done in an hour." Never happens...but still the standard answer. Evan's Tire is much more reliable. Lesson learned.

What's happened to this dealer?!? What used to be great customer service is long gone. It took over 30 minutes just for an associate to help me - totally unacceptable. I've been taking our family's several cars here over the years - I won't be back.
