Encinitas Ford Service

Even though they were short staffed for service advisers they took great care of my car. Went it for a recall and was told it would be done by noon and it was completed right on schedule. They even drove me back to my home early in the morning. I’m sure this is a thankless job but these guys work hard. Thanks!

Held my car hostage told me it would take 1 day to diagnose and then they held it for 5 days until finally diagnosing the issue. The whole time the tech ignored my calls and did not text me back or reply to messages. Diagnosis imply something not covered under warranty and they refuse to check what is covered under warranty because there was an extended warranty recall on it. Horrible service horrible manufacturer horrible business never buy from Ford!

Terrible customer service. They don't call when they say they will call back starting with Ruby who answers the phone. The service advisor, Teri, also said he would call back and didn't, then left for vacation. The service department does not answer the phone after 4:00 pm. They are so busy that they come across rude and unhappy! I will not use this location ever again!!!!!

Shoddy work, charges for thinking about looking at a component. Go elsewhere, this place is terrible. 0 star ranking.

Candidly, I’m bummed to see the reviews on this Ford Service Shop. I am new to the area and I’ve worked with these guys a few times, and every time I’ve had an excellent experience. I’ve connected with various team members and advisors, when on-site I typically work with Nick who not only knows vehicles really well (more than just Ford), but is a straight shooter. His service and communication are always on point. I’ve had several different vehicles in my life and our late twenty-teens Ford Explorer has been one of the most reliable vehicles, that said, I’ve been proactive with upkeep and maintenance. I look for professionals who can match that proactivity and Encinitas Ford seems to have that in spades. Thanks guys!

Three days for oil change tire rotation, someone was driving my truck after hours ( noted on Ford Pass) service Mgr. was full of excuses! Worst Ford experience EVER in 35 years of Ford ownership!
