Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Hey there! So, I recently went to Valvoline for an oil change, and I have to say, the experience was top-notch. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They got straight to work and didn't waste any time. The whole process was impressively quick, and I was in and out in no time. What really stood out to me was their professionalism. The technicians clearly knew what they were doing and took the time to explain everything to me. They checked all the important stuff, like fluid levels and tire pressure, without me even having to ask. Efficiency was another big plus. They had a well-organized system in place, and it was clear that they aimed to get customers back on the road as soon as possible without compromising on quality. I have been a customer at this Valvoline for the past few years. The last 4 oil changes I have had the manager Earl take care of me. He is professional and always goes above and beyond to ensure high quality service. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

This is the very best place I have ever gone to for an oil change!!! They are so conscientious and helpful with great attitudes. Prices are very reasonable and you can get a military discount here too! Highly recommend them for not only an oil change but for other minor repairs as well. I’m here right now getting a replacement brake light bulb for my BMW. You can be sure it will be much quicker and cheaper than going to the dealer. They have my business from now on!

So I thought a family members car had been burning oil for months now, but this weekend when I changed the transmission fluid in the car for the first time, I noticed that the car is leaking oil from the oil drain plug. We've only taken this car to have it's oil changed at this location. All I could do was make sure the drain plug was snugged down for now, just in case it's stripped and I need to buy a whole new oil pan/gasket/drain plug/crush washer. I'll be doing the oil change on the car myself from now on, there goes my trust in you guys lol. The most SIMPLE of tasks couldn't be done right. A few screws were stripped on the under tray of the car as well. Get it together. You guys get two stars at least, because your customer service was always good and I do appreciate that.

Employees were professional and efficient; they managed the cars coming and going well. My file was found quickly in the system and updated with my new car information. Additional services were offered by not pressured. We've used these guys for years and will be back.

Valvoline has done the past few consecutive oil changes on my truck, for the last 3 years or so. I have been consistently getting oil changes every 5-6k miles from Valvoline. On the most recent oil change, the Valvoline Mechanics had trouble with the drain plug and reported that threads on my oil pan are stripped. They put a "pansaver" in as a temporary fix, and told me I should probably go to a mechanic to get a more permanent fix. I admit that my truck is old (2003), but stripping the threads on the oil pan is entirely preventable and avoidable by using proper torquing specs, and taking care to install and remove the drain plug properly. I feel that since Valvoline has done my last 3-4 consecutive oil changes, and since this was not a problem for the first of those, that Valvoline is at fault and should compensate in full for the oil pan repairs.

Very fast and efficient service. Didn't oversell anything and even said I didn't need to replace my cabin filter or engine filter. Just an oil change. They discovered a rat had left a nut in the cabin filter compartment which was causing my a/c to rattle! Super nice people.
