John was great the first time I had a flat tire. Now I’m back again at NTB and he got me right in and fixed my back tires. Had my 2 disabled kids with me and was so sweet with them and gave them flashlights. Made my holiday better.

We had a slight emergency with a very flat tire due to a nail. We needed to get it fixed as we had to drive on the interstate to another city that was at least an hour away. Arin was very helpful in getting us fixed up and on our way to share family time for the holiday. We’re very grateful for the help! Excellent care and service.

John and Arlin are a dynamic duo with customer service I haven't experienced in years. First Ohio snow today and I pulled in without an appointment. Arlin met me at my car and immediately started helping. John, the manager, was fair and generous with price. I was in and out within 2 hours. Even better, while I was waiting, I overheard them consistently offer their amazing service to everyone else who came in!

Recently took my husband‘s car in because he needed a new brakes and rotors. The job was done quickly however they ran into other issues. They ended up having to keep the car for a little over a week, waiting for parts to come in. John, the manager, was extremely apologetic and even comped the job because of the long delay. We have taken our car there before and will continue to do so. Highly recommend this auto shop! The customer service was great and prices are very fair.

Stopped in today without an appointment because I had picked up a nail in one of my tires. They got me in immediately, on what was obviously a busy morning for them, and had me back on the road in a flash. Very friendly and helpful, too. Really great experience all around. I went into NTB last Saturday for some new brakes, an oil change and inquiring about some new tires. They also advised me about getting a new battery, which I did. Anyway, I paid and left and went about my day pleased. I took my car there with my bumper hanging off! A few days ago, I looked at it after getting back and it was super windy…i noticed they fixed my bumper!! I was so excited to notice that I no longer have to take it to the shop. Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service! Every time I come here, I have such an amazing experience there. I have attached a picture of the before & after for a reference. Mike was very friendly and promptly looked at my car tire pressure warning light. He inspected the tires, determined the sensor just needed recalibration and I was good to go! Will definitely return for other questions/services

Second time I’ve used this NTB and the customer service has been amazing both times! They were able to get me in for my flat tire and a leaky tire right away, and did an excellent job! Arlin was working the desk and was friendly and knowledgeable both times!

John, the office and service manager, did a great job getting me back on the road after diagnosing and arranging the repair of brake issues for my 2017 van. I travel through mountains and knowing my car is safe to drive means a lot. My safety seemed to be a genuine concern for him and the price was fair as well. I’d recommend this branch in Fairlawn.
