I got tires delivered to this location and was able to get an appointment the next morning to get them installed. Dylan was very happy to help and the Midas team did a great job, also providing a complimentary review of my car to ensure everything was in check. Will definitely come back here for my future car repair needs.

I never leave reviews on things, but for this I had to. Taking my car to Midas almost killed me. I took my car in for a normal oil change before my trip to GA. Nothing complicated. I was suspicious that I had maybe a slow leak in my front left tire or back left tire so I asked them to look at it but not do any work on it. I arrived at 5:45 p.m. to pick up my car and they close at 6. When driving I pulled my car out to exit the property, my car WOULDN'T BRAKE. They're exit to their building is on a busy street. Luckily the other drivers were paying attention and were able to get in the lane farthest from me. My car was halfway in the road and halfway on the street. I had to use my EMERGENCY brake to stop my car. I lived 2 minutes away from Midas. I was able to get my car back safely. At first I thought I was crazy and maybe I wasn't paying attention. But when I got to my place I knew that something was horribly wrong. I had my friend drive my car in our parking lot and she looked at me in fear and agreed that wasn't how it was when we took it in. After investigation, we saw my brake fluid was significantly low. We thought maybe they had drained it to get more business, which is so sickening. However, it was much worse than that. We filled it up and as I was pumping the brakes we heard a noise like air coming out of a balloon and all the sudden all my fluid rushed out of my car.... They damaged my brake line. Whether this was an accident or on purpose to get more business, they made a huge mistake. They almost caused a car accident to where I could've been hurt OR someone else. I thought they were saying with their 4.7 stars and 430 reviews. Almost all of them I saw were good. But when I went there they also offer you $5 off of you submit a Google review. It all made sense why so many reviews were good. People did it before they got their cars back. For YOUR safety and others, don't take your car here.

The brakes on our vehicle started grinding terribly on Friday evening. After a rough few weeks this only added to the stress in our lives. However, after contacting Dylan at Midas the very next morning, we were able to get in right away. We were treated kindly and professionally and will definitely be returning when any repairs or maintenance are needed. Thank you for the excellent service!

I only come to Midas, they take care of you and want you to have the best experience possible. I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday but they were slammed with work so they rescheduled the soonest I could come back in for free. Great service, friendly staff, and a positive atmosphere. Thanks Midas staff for all you do to keep our transportation smooth, easy, and safe!

My experience at this store is nothing but positive!!! I brought it in for alignment on a used car I had purchased, they did an over all inspection and found a few things that needed to be fixed. They went over prices and I was able to return a couple of days later. I was happy to do so because the manager Dylan Wolfe makes you feel very comfortable, not pressured to get services done there nor do I feel like they take advantage of you just to get your money!!! The other employees are always polite and acknowledge you even if they are just coming through the lobby to gab a vehicle. Will definitely do more business with this company especially at this location.

On a rainy spring day, I had to do a last minute stop. I needed my wipers replaced immediately. Dylan and the crew welcomed me with smiles and got me and my car together all within 20 mins. Now, that's awesome customer service, I'll definitely be back. I'm highly recommending these guys for your next auto service.

Edit: Addition to the above review - after driving fifty miles the manufacturer recommends going back to the installer to ensure lug nuts are still tight and not loose. Called Midas and they had me come in at my leisure to ensure they were tight and safe for free, and it took only 3 minutes. FANTASTIC place.

Staff is amazing. Loved the shift that worked on 5/9/25. Very informative and honest. The interactions I overheard with other customers were also top notch. Clean waiting room. Quality work and fair prices.

Just had a great experience with the staff at this Midas location. Very prompt, responsive, took care of my van issue that was done incorrectly by another mechanic. Would recommend and will be back. Thanks guys

I would definitely recommend this shop, I went in for an oil change which was crazy cheap, cost me half what I’d have spent at a take five even got my air filters done and I don’t think I hit what the oil alone had cost me. They did an inspection and the report they send you is a bit messy, it’s got a huge liability section and you have to scroll all over the place while tracking prices and jobs, but it’s easy enough to remove what you need to and the techs will walk you through everything at the desk. The shop is pretty busy so be ready for a wait but the techs will acknowledge you quickly when you get there. Overall the experience was very positive, though just like I’d say with any service station just use your own judgement, some people’s tolerances for what they think is safe for them, and what is recommended can be different, and none of the problems they find are mandatory to fix right then. The main purpose is to inform you of an issue/irregularity.
