Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Everything about my visit to Mr tire was great. The time to get the tire in was super fast. Next day. The techs were friendly and very quick. The only issue i encountered was the price, when I called I was told it was 260 and change but when I checked out it was 280 something. Which is fine, next time I'll double check to make sure. I'll definitely be going to them again for tire and service. Actually going to go next week for an oil change. I highly recommend.

The manager here was easy to work with and very friendly. Didn't try to sell or pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. I dropped off the car for rear brakes & and it was done the same day as promised for an EXCELLENT price. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend!

Stan is an awesome manager, which is why I returned today for service. Unfortunately, he's no longer at the fairlawn location. The new manager, Tom, seemingly doesn't know what he's doing. I almost missed out on a promotion because of him . I did my diligence and dug deeper. Fortunately, i was able to receive the promotion advertised. James and Donnie provided exemplary customer service. You both are so appreciated. Management is not about being a big shot or a know it all but listening to customers and leading with integrity.

This place went above and beyond. The manager, Tom, helped me get the best deal. They were quick and allowed me to leave and called me when my car was done. I will definitely be back for my next oil change! I would definitely recommend going to them for your auto needs!!!

My mini is gnarly. I wasn't sure it would drive. I call in an appointment for next day service to make it work and it works. Easy fix. Totally drives. Good service dudes

I took my car in once to have the oil changed. They left the keys for another car in the cupholder. I had to come back and drop them off which was annoying. That's not the biggest deal, but they started sending me junk mail. I specifically told them that I didn't want to sign up for any programs and usually do oil changes myself. Now, after a year, they start sending me letters saying "Vehicle Service Past Due", like they're the only ones that could possibly change oil. In the future if I need a quick change, I'll use a company that doesn't harass me. I'll also note that the advertised prices are missing about $50 in nonsense fees. Update: I just recieved another piece of junk mail from them after requesting they remove me from their system. It has been over a year since I used them. Don't deal with this company unless you want tons of junk mail.
