I love taking my Q50 for service at Mission Viejo. Even though l live 30 minutes away, it’s worth getting my car serviced by Paul. I’ve known Paul when he worked at a different dealership. Wherever he went, I would go out of my way to visit him. I receive superb service each time I come in. I'm a loyal customer and I feel absolutely comfortable. Paul is honest with recommendations and what needs to be done. When I'm in a hurry for an oil change, alignment, or any kind of service; he is on top of it. My car is always clean and washed every time I pick up my car. Thanks Paul, for all that you do and six years plus of professionalism, recommendations, and service.

I brought my car here to get the driver side window fixed, as the motor had broken at some point and it refused to raise anymore. It wasn't a huge issue, it stayed up if I lifted it myself and went down if I pushed it down, it was in fact such a minor enough inconvenience that I drove the car with it like that for the better part of two years without ever having a major issue. The mechanics here... Tried to charge approximately 3x market value ($1450 to fix the window as opposed to what I can confidently say after shopping around is a fair price of $400-$500) Kept my car for three days longer than the original pick up date after I declined the repair Did not do any of the other basic maintenance things they claimed to have done (wiper fluid, tire pressure, etc). Returned my car to me with the window no longer fixed into its tracking or connected to anything at all inside the door. It was in fact simply wedged into about the right position and then sloppily duct taped to the top of the door, a solution so poor that it slipped the tape and fell inside my door mid drive a couple days later before I could even get it in to a different shop. Thank you, Infiniti of Mission Viejo, for turning what was a mild inconvenience into an actually huge problem. I'll be taking my car into a different mechanic ASAP to get the window fixed, where I'll be sure to have them check if the other work I paid for (brake fluid and fuel line clean) was actually done, as I have no confidence at all that it was. If you are thinking of taking your car here for some maintenance, take it from me- just don't. Find a real mechanic, these guys really suck.

Tom Kiernan is the most patient, kind, professional person and it’s an absolute pleasure to have him assist with my Infiniti. I recently had some challenges that originated from a rat and its nest taking refuge under my car’s hood and his team was phenomenal. Facilitating a rent a car, insurance communication and keeping me up to speed was extremely helpful.

I used to go here to get oil changes, but not anymore. The old owners price was $80 for an oil change, checking everything, and topping off the fluids. Now all of that costs $140. Big rip off. Jiffy Lube is much better.

Waited over a month for my appointment at 7am today. When I got there there was no one there, no emails, no phone calls nothing. Now I have to wait another month for my appointment in another location.
