Access Smog Check

This was the third shop I attempted this morning (the other two claimed to be open but weren’t.) Was warmly greeted here, the man was professional and efficient. Much appreciated! The turn off was a little unclear for the Google directions but worth the u-turn to find the correct entrance. Definitely recommend here for SMOG testing.

Two years ago I had a horrible experience here, but today Fari was working and he smogged my car and it was a pleasure to do business with him. Fari was very courteous and helpful, such a contrast from the previous employee from two years ago. If Fari is working then you will have a very pleasant experience. His price was very competitive. I will bring my other cars here as well.

The location is a bit tricky to get to (Google Maps sends you off to slightly the wrong place), but the business itself was great. Very pleasant interactions with the smog technician. I have done other smog checks before but I felt like here they were much more careful and thorough than I've seen before (checking under the car to make sure everything was in place / no parts were stolen). Anyway, everything was done quickly and the price was good.

I recently visited using a Groupon and had a positive experience. The staff was friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person. The service was quick and efficient. As advertised, there's an additional fee for SUVs, vans, and trucks, and the CA certificate is not included in the Groupon price. You’ll have to pay approx $10-$15 more. It's important to note that redeeming the Groupon requires the app, so make sure to have it ready. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit and would recommend the business. On another note Google maps direction are are not accurate you can only access from Avery pkwy

Been coming here for 10+ years. I have four vehicles and they all get tested here. Owner has been super cool and until today I would have given 5 stars. A new manager is now running the establishment. Took in a car which they have tested before. Manager said pop the hood, looked and said I cant see the engine, take it to the dealer, turned his back and walked away (they had no other clients). I said you have tested this car previously and he ignored me. Wow - Goes to show how the wrong person can destroy the customer service and a business. I took it to another place, who wanted to see the engine and said we just need to pop off this plastic cover. He did, the car was tested and they now have a happy loyal customer.

Super fast, super friendly! And give tips for whatever it is you have questions on! It is lot cheaper than other places around here. I paid 41.00 for 2017 Camry! Other places were charging over 50.00

Okay, take my word for it. These people will take more money from you. Once. You get there because then they'll give you some kind of story about you having to pay extra four, whatever b s they come up with. I traveled 45 minutes to get there. Wasted my gas because I found a Groupon ad. Once I got there, I had to pay fifteen.Dollars extra for whatever he said I owed. They are thieves and liars. Do not go there. Go somewhere nearby your house where you can call and find out the truth of what you're going to pay for a smock, check. I will never go back there or recommend any of my five thousand three facebook friends. Be careful of scams out there.!

Hours are incorrect on Google. They close at 5pm. Drove here for no reason. Other website lists 6pm. This was 45min in traffic just wasted.
