Having owned two Land Rovers and dealt with way too many mechanical nightmares, I can say I only trust Duke. Sadly, the Mission Viejo Land Rover Service Center did not do honest work, and Duke was able to help me get my Land Rover back in top shape. He is honest, reliable, and kind, and I am SO grateful for him. Owning a Land Rover without him just wouldn't be financially feasible because he is always looking out and helping to prevent major issues (where other places do the bare minimum and likely use aftermarket parts that won't hold up). THANK YOU DUKE!

I couldn't recommend this place enough. I've been coming here for years for routine service and recently a front & rear brake replacement. Always great service and they are very informative. Duke the owner offers great advice on maintenance. I trust them and will continue to be a gracious customer.

I have been coming to British 4x4 for many years. I have had nothing but great experiences from them. They are honest, knowledgeable and always great to work with. I have had a ton of work done with them from regular maintenance to major repairs. (I do a lot of off-roading) These guys go above and beyond. There was one time about 3 years ago that I was set to leave for Norcal on an off-road excursion. On the Saturday of departure, my alternator went out. British 4x4 is usually closed on Saturday's but I had my RRS dropped off there. Joe happened to be in the shop working on his personal truck. He dropped what he was doing and worked on my ride. He sourced a new alternator and I made it on my trip. I was blown away by their customer service. I've had to replace my air bags and compressor, and they gave me the best pricing and quality work. Always the best quality! Chris is always very helpful. I am grateful for this place. Because of British 4x4, I am still able to play on the trails and build great memories with my family. Thank you guys for all the help!

I love coming to British 4x4. They are always super helpful and truthful. My car is always taken care of. They're able to see me right away and discuss various options not only for my car but financially. Everyone working there is warm, kind and personable. They treat you & your car like family.

Had my vehicle towed there from an early morning blow out without them knowing. Had my vehicle fixed and back to me same day, which was a Friday. Exceeded expectations as usual.
