These guys do a great job. They are efficient and friendly. And they are located right off the 5 freeway so easy to get to. I like the fact that all they do is tires. They don’t try to sale you on wipers or filters or transmission flushed like other places do. Just tires and they are good at it And once you get tires there they have a drive up area where they will check your air or look for nails. Another thing is you came make appointments. On Saturdays they are super busy. But if you call and set up an appointment they will do your tires at the appointment time. Easy. Something to think about if you are a hear head like me. Americas Tire owns Tire Rack. If you ny tires from tire rack they will ship it to an Americans Tire store of your choise. I like going tol tire rack to get my tires because you can choose a tire that you want and it cost. You’re willing to pay with the tread that works best for you and you can get good deals. When you go straight to a tire dealer, they only have a limited space. So they can only stock a limited amount of tires from trucks to sport cars. So basically you have to settle for what they have in stock. With tire rack you order what you want and get it put on at your American tire store. Works perfectly for me.

I went to another tire repair shop and, after waiting for 2 hours, they said my Tire's leak was not repairable and I needed 4 new tires. Then I went to America's Tire and they were able to fix it within an hour. They were very friendly and gave constant updates. I will for sure be back for my next tire service.

These guys are amazing and honest and their customer service was above and beyond. I recently had new tires put on my Winnebago RV which is on a sprinter chassis not only did they give me a super good price on the tires but they did a great job installing them very quickly within a couple days of ordering them. However once I got the vehicle back and drove it a half a mile all of the lug nut covers fell off!!! I thought oh wow maybe they're cheap to replace well they're not cheap to replace and in fact they're very difficult to find that fit that Alcoa wheel. However I went back to the shop after recovering 19 of the 24 that fell off and would not go back on, their employee David was courteous and right there on the spot refunded me the cost of ordering new ones which was over $100 and I ordered them right there on the spot how amazing is that for customer service? Big thumbs up to David of America's Tire (off Avery and Margerite in Mission Viejo) and I am so happy, thank you!!!

Pretty quick service here. Tire shops are not super fast, but these guys seem to be on it. Last time I was in they replaced my scraped up Lugnuts for free the matched my rims perfectly. Pretty nice of them.

I called for an appointment for a rotation and balance. I was given 11:15 over the phone and put it in my calendar. upon arriving, I got checked in and told it would be an hour for my appointment. after that hour past, I walked up to check on my car, which hadn't moved, and was told I never had an appointment and was just placed into the walk-in queue. now, I'm stuck waiting in the lobby for a simple rotation on my one day off between work. I've never had issues here in the past, but the lack of communication between staff and the customers was absolutely horrendous. At least they were nice when they gave me the news. the money I saved on the free tire rotation and service for being a previous customer, I paid with the time I'll never get back.

I've come here twice and had a great experience both times. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They have a really big selection for all budgets. I watched them do like 4 cars within 45 minutes. Super easy to set up appointments online and pay ahead of time.

Horrible experience. I had an appointment at 11:15am, I showed up 15 minutes early and my car still wasn't touched over an hour half later. They took walk in first, even the ones who walked in after me. Employees lie about estimate time and kept telling everyone was next, and Steve was rude to other customers whom also were frustrated for being ignored. Never coming back. I would not recommend coming here.

I want to give a shoutout to the staff at American Tire! Yesterday, my aunt had a nail in her tire, so I called them for assistance. Both Carlos and Steve assured me they would take care of it at no charge. I sent my aunt to the store, and they not only patched her tire but also graciously did it after hours. It’s a breath of fresh air to experience such outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire assistance. Thank you, American Tire!
