The absolute best service I’ve ever received from a body shop! Amazing service, extremely fast, and the employees knew what they were doing. 2 other body shops I went to ruined my previous vehicles. This is the best body shop I’ve been to in OC.

No one enjoys dealing with the inconvenience of an accident. But Rob and the team at Crash Champions do everything they can to mitigate some of that inconvenience, which I appreciate so much. I took my car in on a Tuesday to have them assess the damage. They scheduled me to drop it off the next day. They had an estimate ready when I arrived and they took me to pick up my rental car. I received text updates almost every day letting me know their progress and they finished the car on the day they said they would. Then they had me bring the rental car back to their shop and took care of the return for me. Everyone who works there is so nice. And my car looks brand new! This is the second time they have helped me, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I really can't thank them enough!

Someone hit my parked car at the beach and crash champions was assigned to fix my car thru the other person’s insurance. I had to get an entire new front end bc the other car hit me so hard. They were friendly and seemed to take care of most things. A week after my car was returned the tire pressure light came on. I called to let them know and asked if I should bring it in. They filled the tire and said to reach out again if it happened again. The tire pressure light came on several times in the next month so I took my car to a tire shop. They asked me what I hit and told me that my alignment was so bad on the front end it had worn the tread bald on the inside of the tire. This was a new tire. I ended up buying 2 new tires and getting my alignment fixed. When I called crash champions to ask if they did my alignment they said no bc they’re a body shop. But why would you replace the front end and not do an alignment or refer me out to someone to get my alignment done? Doesn’t make sense. 2 stars bc they’re were friendly. They didn’t do a complete job and so now I’m out money bc of that.

My company insurance had me take my 2018 Explorer here for a fender bender repair. Estimate was $2K before they took off the front bumper. After full evaluation, the quote was raised to $9200. I hit a car in front of me in heavy LA traffic, at around 5mph. There's no way it could have caused $9200 in damage for a base model Explorer. Only visible damage was a bent license plate. My company covers everything so no money out of my pocket but it's obvious that the repair cost was drastically inflated without cause. Service was friendly and prompt but they apparently took advantage of my insurance company. I will not use this shop again.
