The place I used to -- I say used to because I won't be returning for their services -- was always up charging me for something. I go for an oil change, they said this needs replacing. I go for brakes, they said that needs fixing. They were forever harassing me about a transmission flush that my best friend warned me against. Thank goodness I listened to her. Even their prices are outrageous. So I googled locations that offer oil change with free tire rotation and came across Midas. I used to use them for my car maintenance ages ago (the location on Lake St). This location at Fox Valley Mall did an amazing job with my maintenance today. And they didn't try to up charge me anything. That's great peace of mind. See you guys soon for all my maintenance needs. Thanks!

I had a fantastic experience at the Midas auto shop in Aurora ! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout my visit. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and explained everything in detail, which gave me a lot of confidence in their recommendations. The service was efficient, and they went above and beyond to ensure my car was in great shape. I also appreciated their transparent pricing—no surprises or unnecessary upsells. It’s rare to find an auto shop that combines excellent customer service with top-notch expertise, but Midas Aurora truly delivers. I’ll definitely be returning for any future car needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest auto care.

This place has been servicing my wife and i vehicles for the past 5 years. The techs and managers are great and give us honest quotes on repairs needed to our vehicles. Thanks Ryan and all at the midas located by foxvalley mall.

Gary and Chris over at Midas in Aurora are awesome! I have taken a couple of my cars over the years here and they always have me leave feeling like I was taken care of and never taken advantage of. They have helped me out day of on several occasions, and always do their best to make you feel welcome. I HIGHLY recommend seeing these two guys for any and all car needs you may have, and you should feel safe coming at any and all ages as well (this coming from a college kid and now recently graduated one as well). Can’t say enough positive things about my experiences at this location!

Overall, I had a good experience at the shop. Great customer service at the counter, thorough visual car check, relatively fast service. I waited in the lobby while they did my oil change. I took a couple of stars off for a few reasons. Compared to other places, you can get the same services for a lower price. When I got the results back from the visual check, an auto technician didn't bother to discuss the results with me. Therefore, I had to interpret the results on my own and didn't get my questions answered. Lastly, they left a mess under the hood of my car. After they did their work, I noticed smudges, fingerprints, and dripping oil that wasn't there before I brought my car in. Which was disappointing, considering their overpriced services. Since it wasn't all bad, I'd say try your luck. However, the next time I need an oil change--I won't be rushing to Midas. Update: After seeing my review, Midas reached out to me and had me submit a claim. Then the manager of this location reached out, asking how he could improve my experience and even offered me a free service. I agreed to bring my car back in. The manager himself took the time to show and explain to me the issues my car was having. I appreciate Midas as a company for reaching out, caring about their customers' experiences with their services. I especially appreciate the manager for going out of his way to explain things to me, show me things on my car, and help me to the best of his ability--all at no cost to me. Now I'd highly recommend them. Trust that your car will be in good hands.
