Recently bought an M4 and needed some maintenance done to it and also needed a wheel hub replaced due to Illinois not fixing the roadways as they should (even with all the taxes we pay) but I digress with that. I called as I was recommended to the shop by a close friend and talked to Justin who was very nice and professional throughout the call and entire process. I ended up getting the wheel hub replaced and the following week oil change/front & rear brakes. The car drove like new! The team was awesome from start to finish, transparent about the pricing, parts, labor, the process, and no gimmicks because they’re truly all about great customer service. I look forward to taking my car there as I know it will be handled with care as will I. I’ve already recommended them to all my other M family and also friends. Definitely check them out!

I had a great experience with Performance Werks. My office is right next door and they had my valve cover gasket and oil changed as I was finishing up with work. Alex and Emily were very kind and helpful. I would also like to thank the mechanics who worked on my car. Since posting this original review, I have been back for engine mount replacement and ignition coil replacement. Alex and Emily were very kind and helpful as before. Most importantly the team of mechanics did a great job. The ole girl is in tip top shape again.

We have been going to Performance Werks for years. I am extremely particular and can not say enough about the entire staff from the front desk to the mechanics. The service, attention to detail, and fair pricing are second to none. If you are still going to a dealership for your luxury vehicle maintenance and/or major repairs do yourself a favor and give Performance Werks a try.

Did a complete fluid flush on my BMW 530i - oil, brake fluid, coolant, and power steering. Later, noticed that there was a leak from the oil filter, and they fixed it right away with no charge. They are always very accommodating and offer better prices than a dealership.

I recently had my car serviced at PerformanceWerks and had a very good experience. Mostly, I appreciated their pricing and felt like I was dealing with honest people who were not trying to take advantage of me or perform services that were not needed.
