Reliable and professional tire shop! I would recommend them to everyone. The front desk employees are kind and truly work hard to answer your questions and solve your car problems. The mechanics are knowledgeable and experienced. There’s a clean and comfortable waiting area with a kid’s play area, bathrooms, chairs, and even a charging area. 10/10 recommend this place.

Adam came and met me at the Parking lot and tho they were about to close they were so kind to take me , checked my tire and made sure I was taken care of. Not only that, they also hooked me up with a great discount and provided excellent service. After struggling for so long I finally found a place where I feel safe and know they’ll always do a good job. About two weeks prior I came to use their free air and they offered to check my tires, fix stuff and provided service for free. These guys have been absolutely amazing each time. Being new to SC is important to know there’s a shop that cares for people and makes you feel like you’re getting the best service and care every time! I’m a client now.

Macon and Laura (Sales & Mgmt) were awesome! Both assisted me with selection and purchase of my tires. Macon offered a FLEX program to help with my purchase which I accepted. Laura was extremely professional and informative in the whole process. I was in and out in under an hour!! Good selection and competitive prices. I would highly recommend.

DON’T GO HERE! They turn paying customers away. My tire light was on and I needed it looked at the lady turned me away, saying they were too busy and they close soon. I just needed me tires pressure checked. I hope nobody has this type of of issue. I bought my tires here and this is the type of service I get!? If I have a blow or accident it’s on MAVIS and their carelessness of my SAFETY. Update: my car was looked at the next day and the atmosphere was better. Come to find out I had a nail in my tire.

I experienced a flat tire and realized there was a nail in it. I honestly stumbled upon Mavis Tires & Brakes when trying to locate somewhere that was open at 6pm. I arrived and the staff were very friendly. They were able to fix my tire, getting me in and out quickly! I appreciated the quick and professional service.
