Very disappointed. Made an appointment to take care in for some warranty work. Our warranty gives us a loaner vehicle but didn't think we'd need it. While dropping off our car we were told it would be at least 3 days. This was not mentioned when the appointment was scheduled. Oh and GMC did away with the loaner car program. Me website even mentions loaner cars available . We were 13th on the wait list. This was all on Tuesday. Never heard back about our car by Friday. Called Saturday, explained we need our car by Tuesday or early Wednesday. Promised a call back. Received a call back on Monday explained urgency in have car in next couple of days. Told no problem. Voice mail was left with husband early Tuesday morning. We both called repeatedly, left messages. Realized it's almost 4:30,:called , car ready. Why did technician not return calls knowing we needed car.???? Was told on Monday we needed a new battery to correct our issue. However, problem started up again not even 2 blocks from the dealership. So glad we paid almost $300 for an unresolved issue. Not happy.

Brought my 2014 malibu there for a no start issue. They could not find the problem and recommend changing the engine for $13,000 towed it to a local mechanic and he found it was the timing. The dealer in all their technology could not have figured it out. Waste of time and money going there.

I had a Doordash delivery to drop off at this location, and I was taken aback by how friendly the salesman in the parking lot was, even though I couldn't understand his name, until he found out I wasn't there to buy a car, and dismissed me like I was nothing, just to make a statement to the receptionist I was delivering to, just to have ber laugh about it as well.....don't think Mark Wahlburg would want anyone who comes into one of his businesses treated that way...hope the general service improves for others sake!

I remain a customer - however Cust service follow up has been lack luster of late. I had a couple issues recently that were not handled great. In the end it got better to be fair but I burned several days to get to a better place. Still a customer hoping this will improve and this is just a short term issue
