Great experience at this place. I ordered a hybrid battery for my Honda a few years back and recently placed an order for a window switch for my Impala. After placing my order, I lost my tracking number, so I decided to call the business to track the status of my order and to obtain my tracking number. I was immediately greeted on the phone by the office manager (I believe her name is Casey) and was assisted with in a professional manner. She even advised me of some promotions the business was running. Needless to say, my window switch came within 2 days and worked perfectly for my beloved Impala. I have since recommended this place to some friends who have also had a pleasant experience here. 10/10 recommend this place!

Worst ever. Buy here if you have time to waste. Does not send items pictured. Tried to paint buttons to look like picture. Terrible condition. Item did not even work. Rude customer service. Would not refund after sending item back. Had to file claim with ebay to get refund.

SCAMM DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE. They will scam you. I purchased a set of bmw door panels for $236. The order was never shipped. They don’t answer their phones and don’t reply to messages or voicemails. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering with them. I am now opening a fraud case in attempt to get money back. AGAIN I DONT RECOMMEND ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I wish I could give 0 stars!! This company basically stole my money. Almost a month and this company still have my money. See photo attached

Maddbuys is a 10 star .I bought a radio from maddbuys for my Chevrolet Malibu 2018, it was shipped fast and it was the same as described on the listing, I recommend any one to buy from maddbuys. Excellent business.

I would not buy anything from this company. I purchased a product that did not work, returned it within the designated time frame, and they refuse to refund my money. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. Don't waste your time or your money with this company. You will never get either of them back.

RIP OFF - DON'T DO IT - It wouldn't let me leave minus 5 stars, which is what these clowns deserve. I ordered a $300 module was told it would ship right away. Weeks passed and no product. Had to call them over and over with no answer, and also sent multiple e-mails. That were ignored. Finally got ahold of someone and they sent the product. Fresh out of the box did not work. Had a "known good" unit we had to confirm they indeed sent a garbage unit. Now for the last 2 weeks, we're back to nobody answering the phone, and nobody responding to e-mails. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY A WEBSITE - These people DO NOT have solid infrastructure, customer service, or quality control. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU MAY END UP LIKE ME. i.e. out a few hundred months later with nothing but headaches and heartache.
