Experienced and knowledgeable team is why I’m looking for a sixth star to rate here! Trustworthy and reliable facilities especially given the scope and focus needed in this particular field. They’re not your typical “we do everything” automotive repair garage/shop. The locations possess the earmarks of an actual dealership, only with a personal feel.

This place is fast & cost effective. The dealership gave me a quote for a new transmission for a 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500HD. It was beyond absurd. My brother told me about this place. They rebuilt it for 1/3rd of the cost. I highly recommend them!

They replaced a shifting cable. Picked the car up and the rear windows did not open. Manager Adam said to bring it in, no appointment needed. So I did. Said they would have to remove the center console again to fix it. He said he couldn't get to it that day and maybe not the next. I have called at 8 am daily for weeks. He always has an excuse: too busy and low staffing. My car should be a priority since the windows are there fault. I hope the owner Sean Avner reads this. Next, BBB.

Brought our 2014 BMW 528i xdrive sedan into A-TEAM last month (September 2024) and met with Adam (Shop Manager), who we explained our problem too regarding our transmission issue that completely failed making the vehicle totally undriveable. He was very knowledgeable as to the overall functionality and possible problems with our BMW transmission, and made us feel very comfortable that our vehicle was in "good hands" with A-TEAM. We received a phone call from him a couple days later after they did a complete inspection of our transmission and contacted our Vehicle Warranty Company (MPC) explaining to them that we needed a complete transmission rebuild which they approved for us which was a great relief as this was an expensive repair/rebuild. He said it would take 7-10 business days for them to complete the rebuild, and when the work was completed he contacted us to pick up our vehicle. The only expense we had was for the replacement of a Drive Axle Guibo (geebo) Flex Joint that they recommended we replace because of excessive wear & tear and cracking. Only $235.00 out of our pocket! We came back two weeks later as they recommended for a quick transmission "check-up", and they gave our transmission a clean bill of health! We've had our vehicle back for 30 days and it is driving like brand new!! No problems and no more check engine light issues! We are very happy and pleased with everyone at A-TEAM Transmissions and the excellent work they did to get our BMW back on the road and running like new! They do great work! They installed a clutch on an old car of mine, and recently rebuilt my Silverado's transmission. But just the other day, it was stuck in neutral (was the shifter, not the transmission itself) and they fixed it for free!! Said it was a $5 part, and HOOKED ME UP! Thanks guys!

Called 7 different shops about a service I thought I might need, and Adam was the only one who gave it to me straight. He actually took the time to explain that it might not be the issue at all and walked me through the alternative problems that could cause the same symptoms. He pointed me toward a cheaper and smarter route to check first before jumping into an expensive repair. All 7 other shops were more than happy to take my money and throw parts at the truck, but Adam was honest and didn’t try to sell me something I might not even need. Really appreciate that kind of integrity.

I was told by others I needed a new transmission. Adam told me what the real problem was. They also had no problems with me leaving my car there while we sought out the replacement. It drives like a new car now.
