⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Matt and the team at One Call Auto Mechanic have literally been lifesavers for me—twice! I live out of town, and both times I’ve had car issues near the Columbus area, Matt has been stellar. He had me in the next morning and quickly fixed the issue with fantastic customer service. Very few auto mechanic shops offer both exceptional service and deep automotive knowledge, but Matt and One Call Auto Mechanic deliver both flawlessly. Don’t fall for the hype of the big-name places—this is the place to go when you need a trustworthy, skilled mechanic. Highly recommended!

I had one of those mornings where things just went wrong—my car didn't start, i had an early doctor appointment, and i had to go to work. I called Matt right away and he told me to get the car to him and he would immediately look at it. If you've had car troubles, you know how hard it is to get seen and fixed right away! But matt is a man of his word. He diagnosed and fixed my car and i had it back within 4 hours of sending it to him. Matt is super personable, honest, and very human at heart. Prices are reasonable, service is excellent and above and beyond. I found my auto guy and i am very grateful for that.

One Call Auto Mechanic is AMAZING. My husband’s car broke down on Saturday and we towed it there last minute. Within two days they had diagnosed the issue and gotten to work on the car. My husband ended up getting the car back on literally a one work day turn around even during a snowstorm as well! You can’t beat One Call Auto Mechanic. Parts, labor, and replacement was fairly priced. Nobody tried to haggle with us for more business. Matt was very honest and kind-hearted. You could tell that there is a true passion for fixing and working on cars in this establishment. One Call Auto Mechanic is our new place to go for car problems, and we recommend that everyone at least gives this place a try too.

AMAZING service from these two. Matt and Tracy have been unbelievably amazing. They're very kind, knowledgeable, answer questions and explain things, and genuinely seem to care. They've saved my twice with same day appointments and repairs and I would easily recommend One Call to anyone who needs quick, honest service.
