Corey was Great helping me find the part that would fit my car. Hyundai changed the spring and strut assembly 3 times the year it was made. He spent a good 40min trying to find one that'll work. He was knowledgeable about the part. One Huge Thank you to Corey for his help!!!

You get decent service. They will help you as long as the lines aren't real long. It's pretty quick. They're pretty thorough. They have what you need. Again, if you looking for oil or anything like that, antifreeze is cheaper to go to Walmart but as far as that the store is clean they can help you. It seems like they speak multiple languages at the counter as well, but everything is marked and priced. Might not like the price but everything's marked in priced they do over charge for oil and things like that that you can get at Walmart

No offense to this particular store but I recently tried to buy brake pads in a physical store and that was a mistake I ended up ordering them online. These part stores have become outrageously overpriced which is a bulb move for a type of store that only exist because people don't know how to shop online yet. Brake pads cost like $40 roughly in a store, I got brand new brake pads for my car for $17 online. Let these greedy companies die out

Unfortunately 3 days ago a woman with her 4 children on the way to Zoombesiebay began having car problems near a Sheetz parking lot. Next door was an advanced auto parts. She is deaf and her son(10ish) translated and asked for help. They tell her her battery is no good. They sell her a very expensive battery and an advanced auto employee replaced it. I don't know how they determined it had gone bad though. I arrived at this point to try and help. With the brand new battery, the car won't start at all, The symptoms and error code point solidly at a bad ground connection, shorted wires, or blown fuse. I carry a battery checker and tested the voltage of the woman's old battery then a load test and found it to be in good working order, also it was clean and relatively new. I asked the employee who was helping to check her old battery since it's out of the car and he said he would get his more mechanically inclined manager. I'm not exaggerating when I say that the 'mechanically inclined' manager looked into the engine bay for under 3 minutes and declared he knew exactly what was wrong. The starter is bad he declared. He used no diagnostic tools or techniques, and never even looked at the battery the previous employee had just replaced (which is under the flooring behind the passenger seat in a 2012 Traverse). It wasn't the fact that he was wrong, everyone is wrong sometimes but how overconfident without doing any of the leg work. "Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity." It's extremely inappropriate to declare very expensive parts need to be replaced without putting in the work first. Either that manager has no idea what he is talking about or he was just trying to sell this stranded mother with 4 little children another part she didn't need. It's perfectly fine to not know something, even if you are a manager in front of subordinates. No employee tested the battery after it was taken out of the vehicle and when the advanced auto employees walked away they took her old battery, I found that whoever replaced the battery didn't even screw in the battery hold-down bolt. She was likely having a ground connection going bad. While replacing the battery the wires get jostled around and something loses ground connection completely. If employees at Advanced Auto read this please check the old battery and perform a load test and if it's good, refund that woman's money. I don't know the woman or have any way of contacting her.
