I had an excellent experience at Lane & Kenny, and I can't recommend them enough. Jaime explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and her advice was incredibly valuable! She didn't push for unnecessary repairs or parts; instead, she gave me honest and practical recommendations. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. I'll definitely be returning for any future needs!

Months after having my car fixed here everything has came loose. Rear bumper and the trunk won’t stay open unless it’s propped up not to mention the rattling noise coming from the trunk when driving. Office personnel are nice but the overall work to my vehicle sucks. Sadly I should have taken it someone else as there are plenty of other reviews on here saying work is half done.

Well where do I start. I had my car moved from the dealership to here. I advised them from the beginning I wanted all OEM parts on my Honda. They did the opposite with aftermarket parts that I didn't approve nor was advised of, that still don't fit up properly. My front bumper still doesn't fit properly even having them fix the problems over at the Wood Ave facility. I had paint runs in my custom wheels, there are pits in the doors in the paint. All of my gaps were off. I was told they replaced the doors but if they did that my wind visors over the front and rear windows would have had to be remounted. Makes me believe they added door skins. I was told several times the car was in clean up but when I received my car I had primer dust all over my seats, dash, floor, and cup holders. When I took the car back to the Worthington location they pulled my car around back and I watched them try to blow the dust out of my car. I would not recommend this group at all even after them attempting to fix the errors initially.

Took my car here because progressive recommended it. They fixed my car and got it back to me and it sounds horrible!!! It has a grinding sound when I turn left and when I accelerate it also makes a strange noise. I just bought my vehicle a year ago and it is a certified used so nothing was wrong with it before this accident. They claimed they fixed everything but they did not. I took it to my mechanic who told me he could fix it but instead I called the shop to try to get them to fix what still needed to be fixed. I called them on and off for two months with them saying they would call me back to get the car in and they never called me back. I had to keep on them and they still would not get my car in. I finally called progressive and worked it out with them so that I could take it somewhere else. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They will say your car is fixed but it is not. They do cheap work and tell you something like we are gonna call you back and never do.

Could not have been a better experience! It started out as a total nightmare primarily because of insurance-related problems! Turned out to be a good experience! Melinda is a real gem! Really cared about me and my situation! Kept me advised as to progress and helped with every aspect of job! Kudos!

This is one of the shops my insurance suggested to fix some hail damage to my exterior. The work was quality and the woman at the front was nice kept me up to date. The turnaround was a week so much less of a headache as I thought it would take longer. They also cleaned the inside of my car which looked and smelled great! Overall very satisfied and would use them again.
