Went this morning for an oil change and tire rotation. Appointment was at 9:15. I arrived a little early and was told they were running late and it would take 1.5 hours. They were not particularly friendly and made me feel like I was a bit of a bother. When the car was done and I went to pay I was told that there would be a 3% charge for using credit. If I had been told this when I made the appointment or told when I checked in I could have gotten cash. But I did convince them to waive the charge. When I got in my car I had to readjust my seat and steering wheel even though they only had to drive the car a few feet. Kind of annoying. I won’t be back.
