I purchased a rav4 from michelle a few years back and when i noticed some issues with it and found recalls a week after purchasing the vehicle, they refused to provide me with a loaner vehicle despite me purchasing my vehicle there. They will only provide loaner vehicles for lexus vehicles. It took so many phone calls for them to come through and arrange a loaner vehicle. They specifically stated that it would be for 3 days max and then I’d have to figure out my own transportation if it exceeds the 3 days.

i took my car to sahara lexus dealership 3 times because of my middle console not locking or opening on the passenger side or driver side and they replaced it and it has the same problem and they expect me to pay half for something that keeps happening !!! how dare them to have me pay anything after 3 times it's been there for the same problem and i called lexus corporate and the case manager chandler who was very rude the 1st time me and my husband talked too him and i advised fantasia do not have him call me or my husband ever he's very unprofessional and rude i will be escalating this problem further and don the manager of sahara lexus was suppose to get back to me and he didn't as well poor poor customer service for a customer that has been a customer and purchase many lexus's !!!!! never again
