Welcome to Express Smog, your local Auto Repair Station located at 6527 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89146. You can contact us at (702) 477-7664 or our mobile number +1 702-477-7664.

As an Auto Repair Station, Express Smog primarily offers smog testing services, which are often required for vehicle registration and compliance with environmental regulations. One piece of information suggests that the business sends out mailers, potentially as a form of local promotion.

However, recent customer feedback raises concerns about the accuracy of their stated operating hours. One reviewer mentioned driving to the location on a Saturday, based on information received in a mailer stating they were open on Saturdays, only to find the business closed at 1:44 PM. This suggests a potential discrepancy between their advertised hours and actual operation.

Another customer reported a significantly negative experience regarding the staff's demeanor. This review described the employee encountered as "extremely rude" and the communication as "highly unacceptable." The customer also suggested that clearer signage or instructions regarding their service procedures would be beneficial for customers.

Based on the limited information available, Express Smog focuses on providing smog testing services. The environment of the shop and any specific promotional offers beyond the mailer are not detailed in the provided feedback. Potential customers may want to verify the current operating hours directly and be aware of the reported negative customer service experience when considering this Auto Repair Station for their smog testing needs.

Got this in the mail. Drove from the Cactus & 15 area to get a smog done. It says it's open on Saturdays....today is Saturday at 1:44pm. Here's my advice to the people that run this: (Do one of the three, a combination of two or all three) A. Have the place open as stated on the mailer. B. Revise the mailer to not have Saturdays open. C. Stop sending the mailer out.

I came to get my smog, and the guy here was EXTREMELY RUDE. The way he spoke was highly unacceptable. If this place has a certain way of how they do things, signs and cones would be your best friend. Instead of expecting people to automatically know how things operate at this business. Highly unprofessional.

I recently visited this smog check station and had a great experience. The technician was incredibly friendly and directed me to an emission lab to address some complications with my EV. They were able to help me pass the emission test efficiently. The pricing was transparent and affordable, with only around $18 for my small light-duty vehicle. The extra $1 charge for card payment was reasonable. Despite my complicated car, the whole process took just about 10 minutes. It’s the best service I’ve received and saved me from costly dealer fees. Highly recommended!

I would give zero stars if I could. I was just charged $29 for a smog check. Had I been informed of the price beforehand I would have gone elsewhere, but the price is not posted anywhere. The tech, who was quite rude, yelled at me to pull up then told me to get out of the car and jumped in, did the check, then charged me. I feel completely ripped off. I will never come here again. What a joke. This place is highway robbery and has a rude tech who looks very shady.

So to clear the air, there is nothing wrong with this spot. Been going there for 8 years. Been there with friends. Been there when it was busy. Been there when every kind of person you could think was in front of the tech. Everyone gets treated the way they deserve. There are a lot of really uninformed and terrible reviews on here for this location. First of all, if you come at any tech in a rude way. You’re going to get it back. If you don’t pay attention to what they say? They are going to change their tone. This is different than any other kind of shop because there is only one person. The person that deals with your junk all day is also the person that has to talk to you. Maybe before inserting yourself into someone’s day, clear your mind and try to be the person you want them to see you as. As for the “faulty equipment” reviews. I’ve had all sorts of cars done here. That has never happened to me. The techs at these little huts are not required, nor should they ever have to adjust any single thing on your car for it to hook up and communicate with the machine. You will fail no matter what if that happens. If you were rude? He probably wouldn’t want to try again, since he doesn’t have to. If you were nice? He would most likely take the time to run it again. Either way, if it fails you still pay because his time is worth more than your feelings. Just my 2¢. No I don’t work here. I’m just sick of people wanting the world from someone who isn’t paid crap to do their job

DO NOT GO HERE! Went there two years ago and the female employee there at the time argued with me when, yelled at me and called me all kinds of colorful things when I asked why the vin on the pass was different than my vehicle. I decided to give them a last try this year and I regret it! The male employee was again rude, no personality, didn’t respond to basic polite conversation said my vehicle test was rejected because my cars computer wasn’t talking to his computer and I’d need to go to the DMV emissions inspection and then come back and retest but it would only be $16, which he already charged me $17.95 for his equipment not working properly. I say his equipment was faulty because I took it directly to DMV and then told me that it was the location I took it to, that THEY didn’t do it correctly and it was because they didn’t have the proper up to date software.

Was 28 dollars for a smog. And charged me to run my card. 29 dollars for a regular gas smog
