Dont have my certified pre owned vehicle. What was said to be normal ac leak. on a previous check on bad oil filter gasket oct 2023. Now has me stuck. Full week! FULL WEEK! Haven't had it a full year. Now my job is at risk if i can't drive to it. My mother is in a bad way and i can't drive to her. Thank you for not caring to call. Its a big deal to us hard working individuals. When professional certifiers, inspection people fail to report correctly. Video of previous inspection and findings disappeared from july 12th.

I felt the the service manager, Allen Wright, was very unpleasant to work with. He was very unprofessional and had a horrible attitude from the start. He offered no apologies or sympathy, obviously not necessary but it does help when the service manager is a little understanding of the situation. I could go on and on but it was just a really unpleasant experience for no reason other than Allen’s attitude and I really didn’t appreciate it. Hope he changes his poor attitude in the future, for his sake and your customers.

Love them. They have a nice workstation area, guest wifi, free coffee, a snack machine, and clean restrooms if you're waiting on your car.

Got a call from the service manager saying they was going to call me to make things right and re-diagnose the vehicle which they have never got a hold of me or made anything right still waiting on their call

Wish I actually could give a zero star on this one make sure you have everything in black and white wasted my time and money driving 3 1/2 hours one way to find out what you sold me didn’t have the options that you told me, Jeff and then you’re gonna sit there and get loud and proud with me and your dealershipI don’t think so dude. I truly hope u fellow Veterans are taking notes they messed up and they have all my info including my phone number and this joker wants me to call them to have them explain and make things right how fake of a dealership are you? I’ve been a small business owner for over 30 years and trust me my first rule in business is taking care of customers. I would never wait on a customer that I have done wrong to call me. I would’ve fell on the sword and reached out multiple times if needed to be to figure out how we could make this right to move forward I hope you know every veteran I come across. I’m gonna let them know what kind of people you are and how you treat veteransby the way I’m retired and have nothing else in life to do. Just check it back 10 mins later who ever is operating the owner deleted all of his comments with their phone number asking me to call them so they could make it right this place seems fake
