I’ve had nothing but a great experience with VW autonation. Kim, who helped me always got back to me when she said she would, and was able to get everything set up so I could get my tire and rim fixed. Definitely, happy I paid for that extra policy when I bought my car!

I took my car in for the 1 year maintenance. I had an appointment arrived at 7AM. The team took care of me within minutes. My car was ready to go after about 1 hour. The customer service was outstanding!

This place is a rip off, they lie about repairs being done through manipulation just to get your money. Within the last 4 years I spent well over $15K with this company on 3 different occasions to service my vehicle and every time it took them at least 6 months to so called complete the repairs or get parts needed. Then soon as I get the car back the same issue still happens, and they ignore your phone calls. Next step filling a complaint with the BBB and seeking legal action

Best experience possible for a Volkswagen dealership in Las Vegas. Service staff are friendly and transparent. Management helped me with a product issue (no fault of then dealership) and they didn’t have to. If i were to buy another GTI it would be through this dealership.

Great service, James Parcells was professional and knew all of the recommended services needed and will not try to up sell you but will let you know your options. We added a coolant flush but they did not do it since the fluid tested good. Honest services.

Excellent experience at the Volkswagen Service! I took my car in for maintenance and was very satisfied with the attention and professionalism. Just had my car serviced here and honestly, it was a smooth experience from start to finish. The team was efficient—I didn’t have to wait around any longer than expected, which was a nice surprise. I really enjoyed the use of the recently installed workstation which allowed me to work remotely comfortably while my vehicle was being serviced. Staff is informative, breaking things down in a way that actually made sense and sending text or video. Most of all, they seemed totally reliable. No pressure, no upselling—just solid work. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I scheduled an appointment online on Tuesday around 5pm for Wednesday at 9am and it was assigned to service consultant Jeffrey Lopez. Mr. Lopez was very accommodating of my issues and has a great personality and sense of humor. My Golf GTI needed recall service, an oil change, and a CEL diagnosis. They had all three issuses resolved and even washed my car and had it ready by 1:30pm. Great service from the technician and Mr. Lopez. My car is running beautifully again. Very satisfied with my experience and the quailty of work performed. -Bryan

I was able to schedule my appointment on a Saturday at 8AM, and my car was ready at 3PM the same day. I did not have to worry about getting to work during the week. The Service Department was awesome, polite, and took care of us.
