When I went to Auto Nation Toyota Las Vegas, I didn't expect to buy a car, cause I was just thinking about it, and which car should I purchase, the salesman's name of “Efren Andoy” a very nice gentleman, I will recommend him. Is a good experience! Btw so I purchase the car and good deal too! 😊

I have never been treated this good by a dealership service center. All the others could learn a lesson from these folks here. From the moment I brought my car in they were kind, attentive, concerned, showed empathy and took care of all my needs. A special shout out to Ryan my service advisor and Cherie for taking my anxiety level from a 10 to a 0. This place will be my forever home for car repairs and trusted advice. Thank you all again.

Definitely if you're a Senior Citizen AutoNation on West Sahara is the place to be!! My last visit was last week Jonathan in the service department is a straight up down to earth service writer Go see him for all your needs!!

Saul has been exceptional to work with as a sales associate and they really took care of me on my sales. My car had issues after I bought it and they fixed everything at no extra charge and even gave me a rental. I really like this dealership compared to others I have been at.

Absolutely outstanding service. I’ve been going to Toyota for 4 years. To California to Nevada dealerships and I have to say from the moment I entered the building everyone was so aware and alert of customer service and attentiveness was very helpful. Porters were amazing, very friendly. Service advisor Nathan went above and beyond and stood out to me the most with the service he provided. Very knowledgeable and went above my standards of service. The service Toyota provides was exceptional. Super tidy and well put service facility. Exceptional service Toyota! Thank you!!

I never take my Camry anywhere else but AutoNation. I trust Toyota’s knowledge of their own line of cars the most, and they are always straightforward. I got a lot of repairs due to my car’s age and it feels smooth as butter now. Scott was my service advisor this time around and he was great, friendly and very helpful.

Not good. I was charged more than double for an OEM part than a very good aftermarket part. Was told it would take 2-3 days to get the part, it took over a week. I only had it serviced because I had no choice and needed it fixed and a rental to get to work. Have no intention of going back, felt taken advantage of.
