I bought my car with them last year. I got vehicle protection plan and service team takes really good care of me. You should go ask for Steven Ali to be your service representative, he communicates real fast and gets the job done with his team really good. Kudos to the team

Maddi is, in my opinion the best advisor at Audi. I took my S6 for some vibration and jerking issues, turned out i needed new engine mounts, trans mounts and a new rear sport differential. Luckily for me she made everything super easy. If i sent her a message she would always respond that same day. She is absolutely the best. My car runs amazing now. Thank you Maddie!

Honestly, while I love my Audi, I don't really love the service center. The last 2 times i took my car in was very mediocre. I have a warranty and feel I'm sometimes treated differently because of this. And they never wash my car after having it all day or even overnight. I expect more from Audi service. Now, there is a porter whose name I cannot remember and I'm sorry for that, but he is exceptional and deserves a raise. He is ALWAYS cheerful and kind. He's the best part of that service center and is your greatest assets.

Really enjoyed this location. Far more professional than other places. Erik was cool and I felt he matched my demeanor pretty quickly. So it felt easy for me. They replaced my battery in no time flat. Also appreciated the car wash.

Rodolfo in the service department took great care of us while we serviced both of our Audis on the same day. He offered options and explained the process while staying in touch via text. All of the other employees with whom we interacted were also friendly and attentive. Thank you all!

I want to thank Steven Ali for all of his help with my car. For the last month or so, there was a strong smell of gasoline coming out from the front of my car grill. I previously took my car to Audi Henderson for a diagnosis and was told that nothing wrong and there are no leaks. The smell didn’t go away so I went Audi LV and Ali noticed the smell right away and believed it was high pressure fuel tank, and he was correct. My car wasn’t safe to drive at that point and the part had to be ordered and my car was ready in a few days, washed and cleaned. Thanks again Ali!!

I had a great experience for the most part. If you're not in a rush they have transportation to get you home if you drop off your car. They make a video of all the issues they find and send it to you for your own record.
