AutoNation Buick GMC West Sahara Service Center

Had my 2024 GMC Canyon serviced today. Service advisor Denis was very polite, efficient and knew his stuff. The service was great; oil change, tires rotated and vehicle washed in about 90 minutes. The customer waiting area is clean and well laid out. Drink/snack area and restrooms accessible just off the seating area. Big screen tv also to help make the time go by. Great experience!

Convent location (I live in the mountains). In and out quickly. Very helpful and friendly staff. Ryan at the Service Desk was great - told me how the long the work was going to take and kept to his word. This service department is smaller than most dealerships I’ve been to in town. More intimate. I think it gives them better control over the workload.

My recent visit to AutoNation for a tire change was perfect. From scheduling the appointment to getting my new tire, the process was smooth and efficient. Most importantly, the tire installation was perfect, and I've had no issues since. I would definitely recommend AutoNation for any tire service needs.

Let’s start this review by stating the name of my favorite mechanical advisor Allan he’s always so nice and professional, helping me and clarifying all my questions regarding my car, he’s always helpful this time when I was waiting for the service of my car he even helped me how to clean and used the new coffee machine. The facilities were clean and tidy, and I enjoyed my free gourmet coffee looking at the new car selection, which got me wondering about my next car., less than two hours later my car was ready and even had a car wash accomplished. Thank you Allan for making my experience there fantastic 👍🏼👍🏼 Highly recommended

Extremely happy with their service. I bought a used Acadia from a different dealership, and had an issue come up with the car. I took it to the original dealership three times to get it fixed and they never were able to repair it correctly. I took it here finally, and they had it diagnosed and repaired in about a week. Armando our service representative was great to work with.

Ray Gallo was very helpful in finding us the exact GMC Terraine we wanted. Buying the car was a good experience, better than I expected. I especially appreciated that he programmed the car computer so I can use it for amazon music, google maps, and all kinds of stuff. I could never do that by myself. Ray took the time to show us all the features on the car and how to operate them. Excellent!

Auto Nation GMC is the BEST! I take my truck there for service and it’s awesome every time! I just got back from a road trip and called Citlalic my Service advisor and she got me in the next day. A+ Customer Service.
