Lexus Carlsbad Service

This was our first service visit…and not the last! We were greeted by Kimberley the service agent who made us feel welcomed and eased all of our concerns (She even communicated with us on her day off). The service team, car loaner process was professional and quick. We highly recommend their shop for your service needs!

I am writing this review to help Lexus Carlsbad Service perfect their “craft”. Alex Garza I can see the attempt and minimum effort applied to aid me when my car was not properly vacuumed while you were the liaison. Unfortunately while my car was under your care my tints were poorly installed. I tried to contact you right when I had seen the issue but unfortunately you had gone home.I knew this since I then called the front desk and was told “unfortunately he has gone home for the day” the lady on the phone tried the best she could to help but when unable to she let you know. I eventually received a phone call back from you to schedule an appointment for vacuuming my car since it was previously done poorly. My car was picked up and swapped for a loaner then I picked it up later that day and there were no issues aside from the devastating tint. We spoke on the phone about the tint since I had called again and then the next day I came in and I passed off to Kimberly Potter. Kimberly Potter I would like to thank you for keeping me from my vehicle. So, then with all the trust in the world I turned in my vehicle to Kimberly. I soon was devastated to find out the truth to how she takes care of her customers. I waited all day on a phone call from Kimberly or at least somebody to let me know I was good to pick up my car but of course never received a call or even a text. After patiently waiting all day I called her but of course she did not answer. I then called the Lexus Carlsbad Dealership and the lady at the front desk honestly sounded as if she didn’t even want to be there, then gave me attitude when I told her my sitution. It has now been a whole day and I know nothing about my car. Never even received one phone call or text about the state or even whereabouts. Honestly, this is just poor work ethic and lack of care. Lexus Carlsbad Services needs to understand that at the end of the day it is business whether you want to do it or not... It is your job. By customers leaving their investments in your care they deserve nothing but the utmost service. You don’t have to be the best at your job, just at least be a good person and do the right thing for the brand you represent and also for yourselves. I have done my job for 8 years now since being 18... I understood the goal and understood it is not about me and ever since I do it with the most care and to greatest standards. It is not hard but you guys will never know until you try. I just want the car I worked for... and if the service was not able to be met at least communicate that. Thank you and hopefully you guys work to make the Lexus brand stay number 1.

Service department and staff have been nice, friendly, and helpful. They took care of all my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and happiness.

As always they are all nice and very comfortable to stay and waiting for my car get service done. Comparing with Convoy service center, they never force me to do anything. All Convoy service center starts should come and visit what they are doing in here. Even cashiers are so nice and kind. It was so fast and clean finish today! Thank you, Bernardo! RX 450H black 🥰

This was the second time a Lexus service place gave a dishonest fix for my car. They said my back brakes were out and need to be changed and possible rotor damage. Just took it to my main mechanic to get it fixed and he called me confused saying the brakes still have a year if not more on them. This happened when I first got my Lexus in 2018. I wanted to take it to a lexus service place to be properly taken care of. But they lied back then too about an axel they told me my wheel could fall off while driving. I took it to my mechanic back then and they were confused as everything looked good. It's been 7 years and my axels are still good.
