I had an appointment scheduled at 7:30 AM, and I dropped off my vehicle the previous evening, trusting the agent who assured me he would take care of the keys and send an update once the service began. However, I never received any communication regarding the progress or even the start of the service. After waiting and having to call them myself, they asked me where the keys to my vehicle were. To make matters worse, they called again, asking who I had handed the keys to. I had to call and text multiple times before they finally responded, saying they had just started the service—hours later than promised. When I went to pick up my car, they told me the keys were inside the vehicle. But when I checked, they were nowhere to be found. Turns out, the keys were still sitting in the agent’s office. This kind of disorganized, careless service is unacceptable. I have never had such a poor experience at Nissan Suburban of Troy, but the service at LaFontaine was a nightmare. I will definitely not be coming back.

Great service, and I don’t know if I just hit it at the right time, but I was in and out in about 45 minutes. I had the usual oil change and tire rotation, but I also had a slow leak, and they plugged it for free. Everyone complains about dealership maintenance, but this trip was quick, easy, and a better price than Walmart!!

Suburban Nissan has been servicing my car for the last six years and I've always felt well taken care of when I've arrived for my service appointment. The advisors are extremely courteous, knowledgeable and happy to go above and beyond ( Thank you, Eric!). I'm never being sold unnecessary items or repairs, but am always being informed as to what, if anything, is pertinent now and what can wait.
