Had my oil changed here 4 times. The desk service Christopher May is wonderful and helpful, and I would recommend speaking to him with any issues/concerns. Every time I had my oil changed, the oil service never reset my oil reminder correctly and I would end up driving back to the dealership because the reminder told me to, just to find out it was entered wrong and service was not needed. Christopher was always incredibly apologetic but I understand that is not something he can control. He did start double checking it for me prior to driving off from that point on, and it was never reset correctly. The actual oil change is awful, made an appointment for 7:30am for just an oil change and didn’t leave till 10:40. After that, I found they overfilled my oil and didn’t change my oil filter or air filter like the receipt says. Both filters were so filthy I wouldn’t be surprised if they never actually changed it since I purchased the vehicle. I do not live near the dealership so I was going out of my way to have it done thinking that the dealership I purchased the car from would take care of my vehicle the correct way. They kept telling me to come back every 8K miles but when it came time to start paying they said every 5K. Do not recommend getting your car serviced here even for the free oil changes.

Ben Sliwinski took great care of me and Im happy with the vehicle purchase process. The service department is atrocious. Good luck getting through to someone let alone a reasonable estimate. Would not buy this car again because service sucks!!!

I went here for my first complimentary oil change and my service was Great! I got there i pulled my car into services right away Christopher cane to my car and told me he would be helping me today .You have to the option to wait around in the lobby while they service your car or they will have a car take you wherever you need to go until your car is ready ! I waited in the lobby the area was clean as well as the bathroom ,they had complimentary water. I wish there was a vending machine to get snacks from but on the counter they had fruit snacks! Once my car was done being serviced ,I had not only had a complimentary oil change but i also received a car wash!! I love me a clean car ! Thank you Hyundai for making my first oil change experience great! Would definitely recommend to go here to get a car and oil change
