Very slow service department. I was told 1- 1/2 hr. Going on 3 hours and was just told it will ready in another hour. Many others waiting as well. For such a high price for an oil change and tire rotation, you would expect better service.

Had 3 recalls serviced on July 22, 2024..took 3 hours left with no paperwork stating what was done, said it would be emailed to us..still waiting for that information..tried calling but i had to listen to music for 20 minutes so I hung up..Never going to the Rockside Kia again !!!!
