Worst service center ever! If I could give 0 stars I would. We purchased a new QX60 from Infiniti of White Plains and the sales team could not have been better. Unfortunately the service experience could not have been worse. What was supposed to be to be a “quick fix” of a brand new rear seat mechanism not working at the time of us purchasing, led to us being without the vehicle for 2 months! The service team did not contact us once without us calling asking for an update. We were strung alone for a month and were told the car was repaired and ready for pickup. Only to arrive to the service center and find the entire right side of our brand new vehicle scratched and dented! The service manager, Anthony was incredibly unprofessional with a careless nonchalant attitude, taking no responsibility for his lack of care. We had to fight for them to not take it to a local auto body show which had horrible reviews and after another month received it back with the dents fixed but still scratches visible. Anthony response was “I can no longer help you.” Do yourself the favor and drive elsewhere to have your Infiniti serviced.

The new ownership has made an immediate difference. Brought my QX80 in for repairs and what a difference since my last visit. I was immediately greeted by Andre and Diego. The waiting area is comfortable and I was able to get caught up on work while I was there. The Service Manager Anthony Hopper sat with me and discussed my repair options, and he figured out a much cheaper solution that worked for me and my family. My truck was brought back out of the shop clean and running great. Cheers! Thank you to Anthony, Andre, Diego, and the team at Infiniti of WP

Gabriel Salcedo was very helpful in helping me choose among the services recommended I should have you do now. I will come back to do the others in a month or so, but a few items could be postponed until then. He also was very communicative in keeping me informed and let me know when I could come pick up the car. I'm very pleased with the work done and would highly recommend your service!

Horrible experience. Absolutely no amenities. Two plastic chairs for those who want to wait. Bathroom was filthy. No water or entertainment. Staff was inexperienced. I was charged $50 for a pair of wipers that I realized later were defective. The icing on the cake was them tacking on a hefty surcharge for using a credit card. Don't subject yourself to this dreadful experience if you can avoid it. In response you say you have no record of my visit. Try looking up Invoice # INCS1567. Service date of 8/8/24. Is this further evidence of your failures?

My wife and I bring her QX60 here for service and the service manager, Stephen, is polite, well mannered and explains the work in great detail. We never feel pressured into getting service done. This location runs so much better under the new manger Stephen. The waiting area for customers is improving too under the new manager. He deserves a raise with the tremendous turn around with this location. The previous manager gave my wife the creeps.
